Entirely private outdoor spaces, propane BBQ, chaise lounges and hammock. Indoor and outdoor spaces completely private. Road cyclists enjoy direct access to the California Coastal route, and there are endless mountain bike and hiking trails trails one mile way. Coast Village Rd and the Montecito Upper Village are within walking distance for great shopping and restaurants. On freeway frontage road with immediate on/off Highway 101 to explore Santa Barbara historic downtown and waterfront, UCSB, Santa Ynez wine country, Summerland, and Carpinteria beach towns. This location does experience freeway and train noise and is priced accordingly. We hope you'll enjoy your stay.
