The property ,a open space ,converted from the scratch to a minimal very modern loft apartment,with a unique advantages ,
Situated in a busy central Athens avenue ,though absolutely sound proof due to doubleglass windows,The diversity compare to all other rentals is that is made as such that Acropolis is visible without obstacles from the Iiving room ,and both two rooms . as front house side is only windows ,no walls at all,
During the day sunshine is all over the loft because is facing East .,South.
east,In order to made it even open heart ,the TV is connected to a computer with external loudspeakers so through Youtube all house can have music of guests choice,even in the back third room with separate loudspeaker with inside on off. switch ,

What am.amazing property with an INCREDIBLE VIEW of the Acropolis! Our host Paris was extremely helpful and very friendly. The property was perfect for 2 couples and super close to restaurants, shopping, and of course,the Acropolis. I HIGHLY recommend this property for a comfortable stay, the view and so close to so many things to do.

We stayed here when we arrived in Athens. Visited a couple islands and came back here for a few days prior to heading home. Walkable to several restaurants, bars and shops.

Athens short break

We had a fabulous time in the apartment, the view of the Acropolis was breathtaking. The apartment was a great base for our short stay. It’s on the third floor so was a bit of a trek up, but there is a lift :D

Very comfortable with a great view. Paris was there to meet us shortly after we arrived and communicated well with us beforehand as well. The view of the Acropolis is amazing.

The view of the was amazing and the location was perfect for walking to attractions. The place was comfortable with plenty of space for 4 adults. Paris was an excellent host and answered our questions at all times during the day. He also assisted us with our transportation to and from the airport.

Beautiful Apartment

In love with this apartment. It was clean and well maintained. The veiw was amazing, just like the picture you see on Vrbo. Paris was so helpful and accommodating. The apartment is well located only 10-15 minute walk to almost anything you'll want to see. I would defintiely choose to stay here again!

Area felt a little scary at first, but ended up being safe, quiet, and very close to Adrianou street and some great sites. The walk to the metro was a little further than expected, but overall the apartment met our needs well (parents and two adult children). Paris was incredibly helpful and responsive.

All outdoor properties in Athens are covered with graffiti because "Hey, that's Athens".Actually this is a great location to nice resturant row in safe walking distance (i never felt scared walking with my family). Nice size property with GREAT A/C (improtant when visiting in July). Comfortable. View is spectacular. Paris was very responsive and helped us with the port to condo to airport transport. Appreciated!

Girls Trip

5 women stayed here & it met all of our needs. Paris is very responsive, answering messages (all hours of the night due to the time differences) both in preparing for the trip & once we were there. We could walk to all of the shops, dining, Acropolis, etc... Dont count on the washer & dryer. (It took hours & still didn't dry things) Overall a good value with a nice view.

2 days in Athens

This property was very much what we expected. It was pretty much an easy 15 minute walk to most attractions. The street is a little busy/ noisy but with the windows closed you can’t really hear it. There were a few dust bunnies in the corners, which is why I gave it 4* instead of 5. Otherwise it was very good. Paris was accommodating and friendly. Including giving us an early check in and late check out. I would stay here again.

Wonderful view

Rental process so easy and straight forward. The view is exactly as pictured on VRBO listing. The view is why we selected the property so no disappointments there. The property itself is a 3 sleeping area 2 bath unit with laundry machine, cooktop, refrigerator (s) and air-conditioning. The unit is a bit worn and could used paint and deep cleaning of the furniture, replacement would be best. The neighborhood is dirty and graffiti covered, but so is most of Athens now. The back streets have ample bars and restaurants. We never felt unsafe or threatened at any time. Thereis a bus stop across the street tne metro is about 1 kilometer, easy 10-15 min walk and a small market is nearby. In reality it's just like all VRBO's as it looks a little betterment in pictures than real life. Overall it's a 3-4 star. The owner is very responsive to all questions.

Great location

We had a great stay at this lovely apt. The location was fantastic and Paris was a joy to work with. He helped us with Transportation to and from the airport and made sure we were comfortable in the apt. The view from the apt is amazing and we had a great time.

Acropolis At A HomeAway. So beautiful!

Paris took great care of our son who landed first. He had soap, shampoo, a blow dryer, and other essentials. Thanks to him for sharing his magnificent property with an amazing view, surrounded by sites, restaurants and stores. We had a fabulous time and would recommend it to others!
