Historic beach house established in 1880, short walk to the beautiful beaches (3 private access points) in Utsalady bay. Known as the oldest home on the island, its cozy charm and inherit magic cannot be overestimated. While we finish up our remaining renovations through the winter, enjoy lower pricing and hosts who love to take care of people—especially while those people fall in love with Camano Island like we have. Come visit and cozy up this fall and winter! The space *must be comfortable navigating stairs*
Located on the beautiful north end of the island, you are a block from three private beach access points.
Downstairs there are two main living areas— a comfortable den with an extra large tv and cozy seating and a formal living area with water views. Off of the formal living are two deck spaces, one as the front door entrance and another to the side—offering a gas grill and seating. You will also find a bedroom/office space (twin with trundle), a dining room (seating for 8), a gas fireplace, a well equipped kitchen for all cooking and dining needs, and a full bath.
Located up stairs is a bunk room, the master (king bed) bedroom and a lovely half bath. It almost feels reminiscent of a lighthouse looking out of the master bedroom window. It’s my personal favorite spot in the home.
We are currently outfitting a game room in the garage. Kids and adults already love it—air hokey, basketball, etc. It is accessible to guests as it is although it is not completely finished.

Wonderful home in a beautiful area close to Seattle
You’re as close to the beach as you need to be, but fully fenced in, private, set back with views for all the other times. Historic home on the north end of the island, easy to get to with all the modern amenities. Comfortable, well stocked, great decor, such a great house. Easy drive from Seattle.
This historic house has really cool vibes — you truly feel like you’re stepping back in time. But it also has all the modern conveniences you need, and lots of special touches to make it fun for kids. Convenient location at the north end of Camano close to the commons and the beach, and a quick easy trip from Seattle. It was peaceful on a gray winter weekend and we’d love to come back in the summer.
