Your Palm Desert Vacation Getaway at the Palm Valley Country Club is calling!

Unwind in the desert in this charming and luxurious 2 BR/2 Bath condo. You'll find yourself relaxing in this soothing getaway having glorious sunrises and sunsets due to the southern exposure. You'll be positioned right at the 9th fairway tee box on the Championship course. This condo is very close (<20 mins) to all the major events, such as, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Coachella/Stagecoach music festivals, Fashion Week El Paseo, and more!

The primary bedroom features a cozy and comfortable king bed, a smart tv and the 2nd BR has a cozy and comfortable queen bed with a smart tv as well. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with luxurious toiletries and towels. The living area sports plenty of seating options with a sectional sofa plus two very comfortable recliners.

The condo is fully equipped: all your kitchen necessities are there if you wish to bake, make the perfect cup of coffee at the coffee station, squeeze your own juice with the juicer, or use the blender for your favorite smoothie or cocktail; fast free Wi-Fi/Sony smart TV with numerous cable tv channels, including HBO & Showtime plus Roku access if you prefer to stream; full-size front-loading washer and dryer; all the linens and towels you'll need; and an iron/ironing board for those nights out when you want to look your best.

Outside the condo, you have two patios and an outdoor grill to enjoy your surroundings. There are (3) heated pools and hot tubs nearby and the Palm Valley clubhouse is just a short walk away.

The Palm Valley community has 46 heated pools & hot tubs, 13 tennis courts, 12 pickleball courts and 2 golf courses.

Our stay at this condo was really wonderful! The location was quiet, the pool was nearby and the house had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable month-long stay. We found the work area in the kitchen to be very helpful for online work while away from home plus the wonderful outdoor light from the sliding door off the kitchen. The living area was cozy and inviting--so conducive to visiting with friends and family. The beds were comfortable and having overhead fans in the living area and bedrooms helped the room temperatures stay consistent. We were very happy with our choice and Kevin was good to work with and responded to questions really quickly.

All in all this property was A. It provided a very positive experience as first time visitors to Palm Springs. Our only (Very minor) disappointment was that the club house immenities, ie., tennis, racquetball, workout facilities, were unavailable to guests being the host is not a member. All community members were very friendly and the home and properties (including pools) are very well maintained. We see why Kevin chose this community and proudly hosts this VRBO!

Condo perfection!

Our stay here was perfect for us. The condo was well furnished, clean and comfortable. The cool chairs in the living room recline. Comfortable enough for a little nap :). Overall the place is spacious. The openness to the patio on the golf course makes it seem/live even larger than it is. We ate most meals on the patio. It really is lovely. (The weather cooperated while we were there.)The kitchen is the most equipped I have had in a rental. From coffee and tea to spices and utensils. We had all we needed. The appliances seemed new. This may seem like a small thing, but the dishwasher was a champ. Everything came out spotless. There are plenty of dishes, cups, glasses and flatware. We had some friends come by for dinner a couple of times, so it was nice to have.The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. It is a king adjustable. The location was great! The community is clean and well maintained. It felt safe. You needed a pass to enter. The unit is very close to 4 of the 44 pools at the community (and we used all 4). Pools were clean and heated. The spas were nice and hot. The pools almost seemed private. We were the only ones every time we went. Short drive to hiking, dining, zoo & McCallum Theater. Less than an hour to Joshua Tree.Our hosts made the property special. The best welcome set-up ever! He responded quickly to questions, but otherwise gave us our privacy. It was the perfect stay. We are already planning our next visit. Thank you Kevin!

Originally from Louisville, KY, I purchased this condo as a second home and to share with guests. After just one weekend visit, I fell in love with the area. The greater Palm Springs area hosts so many outstanding events, festivals, and unforgettable experiences. There truly is something for everyone.

Why they chose this property

I chose Palm Valley because it's beautiful. The people are friendly, the golf course and racquet sports are great, and the community is extremely safe and well cared for. Those qualities help make Palm Valley the best neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

This condo is situated near the 9th hole tee box, has a great view down the fairway toward the clubhouse, and has a southern exposure with awesome colorful sunrises and sunsets. It is centrally located with a short walk to the clubhouse and 3 nearby heated pools/hot tubs.
