- The property doesn’t require a damage deposit but a valid credit/debit card on file might be needed in case of damages.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 21 years old.


THE UNIT

This Desert Tiny Home-B29 (Forest River) features:
- 1 Queen bed;
- Sofa;
- Flat-screen TV;
- Kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, microwave and toaster;
- Picnic and BBQ area;
- Pets allowed on other unit/site;
- All linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!!

THE PROPERTY

Our family-friendly property provides the following on-site amenities:
- Front desk and Security (The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM);
- Indoor and outdoor swimming pools;
- Loungers and umbrellas by the pool;
- Outdoor spa tub;
- On-site restaurant;
- BBQ facilities;
- Picnic area;
- Business center;
- Tennis court;
- Laundry facilities;
- Weekend cooked-to-order breakfast available for a fee: USD 5–15 per person;
- Pets are allowed for a deposit fee of $25, which is non-refundable;
- Holiday weekends and special events require a 2 or 3 day minimum;
- RV/bus/truck parking (surcharge) on site;
- Parking is available for guests on the property and is free of cost (for 1 car per unit)
