Spacious and & cozy home that sleeps 9!
Three bedrooms, 2 baths plus bonus room that sleeps additional two guests. Owner's golf cart to use at no extra charge. Fripp Resort cards available for purchase.
Fripp Island Resort amenity cards provide access to restaurants, pools, golf courses, tennis, pickle ball and fitness room and various club functions.

Access to private neighborhood pool- steps from the house. Private crab dock is the best on the island! Family pets are welcome- $100 fee. Linens provided- bedding, pillows, sheets, towels. Beach towels are not provided. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs- all you need are groceries. Our house is located on a secluded island subdivision in the heart of Fripp Island. Traffic is minimal, it’s a great place for kids to jump on their bikes and explore! Enjoy the neighborhood pool as well as a playground for the kids. When you’re ready to catch dinner - the best crabbing dock on Fripp Island is only a few steps away!

Fripp Island is the best South Carolina private beach resort around. The wildlife is outstanding, and the beach is one of most serene you’ll find anywhere. Great property with the added bonus of a community pool! The availability of amenity cards was helpful. Since the property sleeps up to 9, it would have been helpful to have had a six seater golf cart included. We really enjoyed our time!

The house is beautiful, roomy, and well-appointed within walking distance to the community pool and two boardwalks over the marshes. The golf cart really came in handy for beach runs, quick trips to the island’s markets, and just tooling around. The host is friendly and responsive. All in all, we had a wonderful visit. Highly recommend!

Place needs a bit of TLC but it was as-advertised, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood and included golf cart was much appreciated. Watched fireworks one night from the marsh walkway down the street! Our senior dog enjoyed lounging in the cool house - be aware there are 7-8 steps up to any entrance on the home if that’s an issue for anyone in your party. Our party of 7 had plenty of room and hot water for showers. We rented two bikes which was a nice addition since all of us did not fit on four-seater cart. A very few small issues we had were quickly responded to by owner and resolved. Great time on Fripp!

There were only two of us and our chihuahua, so we had plenty of space. The house was clean and has everything you could possibly need. The golf cart was awesome to have to get around the island. Laurie is very quick to respond with anything you may need. We had a great stay!

Our Favorite Place!!!

My son and I absolutely love Fripp Island. It is so beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming, making it the perfect place to escape and relax. We have stayed here twice and can't imagine staying anywhere else. It is so cozy, private, and central to everything on the island. Laurie provides everything you need for your stay, is incredibly attentive to all your questions and concerns, and goes out of her way to ensure you have a wonderful stay! We can't wait to come back!

Much needed vacation

This was our third trip to this property and we love this place. Houses is located in the perfect spot to see nature and in a very relaxing atmosphere. Having the golf cart to get around island is also a plus. The owner is also very quick to respond to any needs. Can’t wait to return!

The house is in a great location with the marsh walk and the pool very close by, great neighborhood. The master bed was extremely comfortable. The house itself was well stocked and spacious but could use some sprucing up.

Great home in a great location. The marsh sunsets are amazing. There was plenty of room in the home and it was clean and comfortable with everything we needed to have an amazing week on Fripp. The owner was very responsive and we had zero issues.

Fripp Island Vacation

We enjoyed our visit very much. The house was exactly what we were looking for, for a relaxing couple of weeks. We felt at home. The beach is easily accessible, and the wildlife on the island was fun to watch, especially the deer. Communication with the host was excellent. Thank You !

Why they chose this property

Fripp Island, SC. is a gated community and private island north of Hilton Head. There is plenty to do on the island... rent a kayak, a bike or hop in a golf cart and go exploring! There are miles of bike paths, nature trails, fishing and crabbing docks, tennis courts, 2 golf courses and beautiful sandy beaches to name a few. Go site-seeing and visit our neighboring cities such as historic Beaufort (15 mi.), Hunting Island (right over the bridge), Hilton Head (45 mi.) or Charleston SC (90min)
