Our stay was amazing from beginning to end. Sherry was very responsive and timely with questions we had. The house looked exactly as it did in the photographs. Sherry has thought of every detail from clothing steamers in each closet, to first aid kit in the hall closet, snacks on the counter and an exceptional kitchen with everything you need and more. Plenty of nightlights to navigate during the night if you need it. Could not have been a better stay. We will be back!

They have thought of every detail, and it was an outstanding experience. Clean, beautifully furnished, stocked kitchen- right down to some milk and water in the fridge! Great Place

My stay was like a 5 start resort. Sherry really goes above and beyond for her guests. I was there with 3 buddies for a golf trip and we all kept saying how nice the place was and how we wanted for nothing the whole time. She has really thought it all out. Will definitely be booking again.

We had our Annual Mizzou Roommate Reunion this past weekend and this home was just Beautiful. The home was super clean and had ever detail covered from plush towels, a fully equipped kitchen with all the "extra" supplies. The beds were all very comfortable and there was more space than we ever would need. In every room, there was so much attention to detail. Loved the Welcome snacks too. The five of us give this place - Five Stars!!!! Every email I sent was answered quickly with the detail we needed. I recommend this place over any one we have ever stayed.

Absolutely the best

The house itself is spacious and comfortable. All appliances and amenities were top of the line. We had an infant and young children and had everything we could possibly need for a fun, healthy and safe environment for our little ones as well as for the adults. This is not just a job for our host family, it is a calling.

Perfect home!

Perfect home for a getaway! It was super clean and had so much thought put into every detail. It was beautifully decorated and fully stocked for any need. There was a lot of room in the house and felt like plenty of room for our large family. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and made accommodations for our large family.If we stay in Jeff City again, we will stay here!

University Graduations

Our two sons were graduating from Mizzou & Missouri S&T, so Jefferson City put us between the two. The posting looked nice but the actual in person experience was far better. From the beautifully appointed furnishings to the snacks everything has been thoughtfully done. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to everyone. Thank you for allowing us to create amazing family memories.

Gorgeous home away from home

I booked Sherry's home to host family coming in from out of town. The house is amazing! It is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and every detail and need has been anticipated. My family was very impressed and it was the perfect place for us to gather and reminisce but also make new memories. Sherry was great to work with. She checked in to provide instructions as to what to do if possible bad weather in the local forecast actually happened (fortunately it didn't), and also went out of her way to return an old family photo that was accidentally left behind. We had a wonderful time and this was the perfect place for us!

Inaugural Ball

Our family of 7 had to be in town for the governors inaugural activities spanning several days. It was so nice to have space for everyone to enjoy their time, prepare for hosting at the Capitol, and retire to their n the evenings. Sherri thought of EVERTHING!

Amazing property and welcoming touches

I visited for a home town visit and 3 of my high school stayed for the weekend. All of us were thrilled with this property and continued to rave about how nice it was! The little treasures hidden throughout were so fun! There aren’t a lot of extra things in JC so it’s nice to stay in a place that tries to have everything covered. There were two bikes in the garage with bike pumps. There was a 5 port charging station in the kitchen so we didn’t need to break out our own stuff. The ninja was used for margaritas for national margarita day. :-). The owners thought of EVERYTHING we could possibly need. We didn’t dig into most items but it was nice to know that if we needed something we knew where to look before heading off to the store. Thanks for a great trip!!

I would book this home again in a heartbeat! Yes, the location is lovely- nice, quiet, well-maintained neighborhood. Easy proximity to all of Jeff City. Yes, this house is as wonderful as the pictures show and even more so. First, it was very clean. All the beds were incredibly comfortable and the sheets/bedding/pillows were top notch. The towels were luxurious. The seating areas were all comfortable and easy to enjoy. But what really sets this property apart is the level of detail the host has considered for all your comforts of home. All the products provided were top notch- kitchen items, coffee maker, dishes/pots/pans/utensils, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, etc. There were an abundance of extra bathroom tissue, Kleenex, and paper towels avaialable (I always usually need to buy more than the one roll a host typically provides). There were plenty of extra linens, throw blankets, and pillows. Cleaning products are readily available, there is a first aid kit in the hall closet, plenty of velvet-lined hangers in every closet along with a bottle of wrinkle release in each one. I could go on and on, but imagine you have a friend who is the most fantastic hostess, and they let you use their house for the weekend. It’s like that. We plan on absolutely renting this property again.

I retired from public school teaching in 2022 and now run a storage facility in St. Louis and work as an academic coach at a nearby college. My husband served in the Army, then took a civilian job as a Bank Examiner for the State of Missouri. We love to call Jefferson City home. My husband was born here and graduated from Jefferson City High School. We raised our 24-year-old daughter in Jefferson City. She is a proud graduate of Helias Catholic High School in our town. I am happiest when entertaining guests at our home. In addition to renting, we enjoy spending time with friends and extended family, going to concerts, and traveling. When traveling, we find that it isn't always the destination, but also the place that you stay and the folks you meet along the way that create a trip as a lasting memory. We wish to provide you with an exceptional experience so please let us know how we can make your stay here truly memorable.

The neighborhood is well established with several neighbors living there over 20 years. The area acts as a small village with walking to a school, church, park/aquatic center, convenience store, a vintage shop, and a popular eating establishment all within a 10-minute walking distance. By walking 1 block, public transportation running from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday is available for $1.50. It is 5 minutes from the Missouri State Capitol.
