Great landlord big apartment
The landlord rep is the greatest. He meets you upon arrival. Tells you all about the building and neighbourhood. He is always available if you have questions! The location is a bit out of the way, but there’s 2 trams outside the door that take you to the center in 10 minutes. There’s a SPAR food store nearby for shopping. Market Hall is 5 minutes by tram for addition shopping and fresh produce, fruits, meats. There is an Aldi in the basement of the market hall for everything else.The apartment is quite big size wise, but all the apartment windows face into a courtyard so inside it’s dark - very little sunlight. However, I didn’t spend much time inside during the day so no big deal really. Renovated bathroom and kitchen with built-in microwave, oven…large fridge.Bed was comfortable. Lots of hot water. Important to note the apartment heat runs on gas, not electricity. It was fine during cooler nights. No air con. Nice little private sitting area outside the front door. Quiet at night. Good sleep!All around a great experience!
