CORAL PARADISE VILLAS- We offer 2 newly renovated apartments that are situated in one of the safest areas of Belize City. Safest: we are on the same street as the Panama Embassy, and 1 block away from our Ex-Prime Minister’s Home. Just a 2 min walk from the Ocean a 15 min drive from the Int. Airport & 10 min from downtown. You'll be a 2 min walk from the popular local restaurant ‘Smokeez’, & neighboring Stores. Stay with us to visit popular tourist attractions like the Mayan ruins, & Islands! APARTMENT INFO:
Both of our Villas are a fully furnished 2-bedroom one bath with a fully stocked kitchen and a spacious living room designed to make guests feel at home while away from home.
The cozy air-conditioned Master bedroom features a queen bed with 2 standard pillows and 2 flat pillows, Blackout curtains for a good night sleep, 2 nightstands, a private closet with a safe, a ceiling fan, a standing fan, and a smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube. The cozy air-conditioned Guest bedroom offers a double bed with a night stand, blackout curtains, two standard pillows, two flat pillows, a standing fan and a private closet. The apartment includes a full kitchen with a fridge, cooktop, microwave, and a coffee maker. We provide sugar, creamer, coffee, teas, spices, and 2 bottled water for your stay. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and fresh, clean white towels. we offer a blow-up mattress upon request for free. The living room and kitchen are equipped with AC, ceiling fan, a bar table with 4 bar chairs, a computer desk with its rollable chair, and a 65 inchTV with Netflix and YouTube. We also offer a porch area with chairs and a table for those who wish to smoke comfortably outside. We offer in person greeting by the host to ensure we relay all necessary information to our guests.

We ask that you turn off all AC, and TV and close all doors and windows and leave the keys in our drop box. Combination for drop box will be provided!

My wife and I were both born in Belize, and we have a deep love for our country. We proudly own a popular local restaurant located over the ocean, just a short distance from the villas. Above all, we cherish spending time with our children. We put God 1st in everything we do.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is considered an upscale area, just five minutes from the bustling city center yet close enough to the ocean that you can smell the sea breeze. It’s also a very safe location—our street is home to the Panama Embassy and just two blocks from the former President’s residence

Our property stands out because, unlike hotels or many other Airbnbs that offer two beds in the same room, each of our villas features two private bedrooms—providing added comfort and privacy during your stay. We’re also located in one of the most desirable areas of Belize City, just one block from the stunning Caribbean Sea.
