Great property with privacy, in great locaiton
It was my husband and I's first vacation with our baby. We selected the property because of its amenities and location, and because it had a great yard and patio with BBQ. Our baby and us enjoyed the outdoors each morning, and the inside of the house was spacious enough for us. the kitchen was perfect for prepping breakfast and lunch, as we tended to eat dinner out. It also came with a washer, which was neccessary for us as we stayed for 31 days, and having a baby calls for a few laundry loads. The property had a lot of privacy and great owners, and they were very caring and communicated really well with us. The location of the house was conveniently located close to 3 beaches, and it's outside of Chania town, 45 minute walk or 15 minute bus ride. It is close to also quite a few restaurants in the Daratsos area, with lots of little markets nearby as well as 2 major super markets. It is also located close to a highway, if you choose to explore the ret of Crete, it is easy to get on the highway. The only thing that was not excellent was the property management company, although they communicated a lot via email prior to our stay, the night of our stay, they were not available to help us check in, and instead sent someone else that I was not aware of prior - he did not seem to know much about the property and the property owner themselves had to come and show us around. The property owners themselves were great and very helpful not only on their property but also on Crete.
