The Space
• Main House: Five spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, provide privacy and comfort for every guest. The open-concept living areas, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy fireplaces create inviting spaces for gatherings or quiet nights in. No detail is spared in furnishing or amenities.
• Barn & Entertainment: Adjacent to the home, the rustic barn is a true entertainment hub. Enjoy hours of fun with games for all ages—ping-pong, foosball, air hockey, and more. Above the barn is a fully finished 1BR apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom for added guest privacy or a quiet retreat.
• Expansive Grounds: Stroll, hike, or simply relax on 23 acres of private hills, meadows, and wooded trails. The grounds evolve beautifully through every season, perfect for nature lovers and those seeking outdoor adventure.

Resort-Style Amenities
• Heated Pool: Opened in May 2025, our large, heated pool (86°F) is ready for summer fun. Please note, new grass areas planted in June are still blending into the landscape, so the area may not appear fully seamless yet. Guests are asked to use the automated safety pool cover when not enjoying the water. The pool will close over the winter period straying from 25th September and will open end of April weather permitted.
• Padel Court: The Padel Court is located on the property for guests to use. Padel equipment is provided.
• Sauna: Unfortunately our sauna is currently out of order check with us for what date we have it replaced by similar model

Enjoy easy access to golf, petting zoos, hiking, fishing, and winter skiing. Plus a kids’ playground, pickleball and tennis courts just a 5min walk at henson memorial park. The vibrant town of Warwick is close by for boutique shopping and dining.
