The Space:
Welcome to The Bruno. Step into a sun-drenched, multi-level home where contemporary design meets ultimate comfort. Natural light floods through large windows, illuminating a clean, neutral palette accented by warm woods. The main living area invites you to unwind on the large sectional sofa, gathered around the cozy gas fireplace for a movie night or quiet conversation. Start your day with coffee on one of two private balconies with serene views of the Bow River, or soak your cares away in your own private hot tub under the stars.
Bathrooms: There are 2 modern bathrooms both featuring walk-in showers.
Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances awaits your culinary adventures.
Outdoor Space: Two private balconies offering serene views of the beautiful Bow River.
Relaxation & Entertainment: Unwind in your private hot tub or enjoy a movie night in the cozy living room.
Comfort & Convenience: Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning and connected with fast Wi-Fi for work or streaming. In-house laundry is also available for your use.
Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy complete and exclusive access to the entire main house, the private fenced backyard, and the hot tub.

- Private Entrance: You have your own private entrance to the main house.
Please note: There is a separate laneway home at the rear of the property which may also be booked. It has its own private entrance and will not impact your access, privacy, or enjoyment of the main house and its amenities.

Great place to stay, close to downtown and also to Kensington area. Lots of restaurants and easy to get to. Inside new and matches the pictures. Hot tub was a great feature and cool view of downtown skyline.
This was a great house, great location. Traffic can be a little noisy, but that also goes hand in hand with most convenient locations. Uber to BMO CENTER was under 15.00. Uber to Grey eagle event centre was around 25.00. We took the ctrain back and was just a short distance to walk. Would book again.
I stayed at this place with a group of friends and it was absolutely excellent it fit us all very well, lots of things to do, beautiful area and definitely a great host. We would love to stay in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bruno - walkable neighborhood and proximity to downtown were highlights. Great weather and a really enjoyable experience. Thank you!
Clean rooms, clean kitchen, all of the needed kitchen gadgets. Very comfortable beds and nice showers. Access to laundry always a plus. Nice big hot tub at the end of the day is a huge plus. Walking distance to downtown and Kensington area. We felt very safe walking at night.
It was a lovely stay and the place was perfect for our larger group of five adults one child and a dog.
Drinks in the back yard then nice evening walks to supper to Kensington for suppers.
Nice walks along the river after supper with the dog enjoying all the people also enjoying the river walks.
We had a great visit!

Anybody looking for a classy and pristine home rental, look no further. The location was perfect, walkable to one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Calgary with everything you need at your fingertips. From the open green space that flanked the house to the deadly city view vantage points, (including from the private hot tub in the back yard) this place makes life easy and enjoyable. Thanks for the gorgeous dog walks along the river and the safety of the fenced back yard for the pups! I will be back!
We stayed here for our annualGirls weekend get away. 7 of us. The house was plenty big enough. Rooms and beds fit us all perfect! Beds are comfy. Bedding is nice. Hot tub is a great feature. Alex was amazing to communicate with. Lots of stairs so not great if you have mobility issues. But overall great. Would highly recommend.
