Welcome to 235 Country Club Drive! Sleeping six comfortably, this charming end unit townhome features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 futon, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. The master bedroom has a sizeable semi-private balcony with direct view to the swimming pool. A jack and jill bathroom for both bedrooms, each with private vanity. Washer and dryer in upstairs' hallway.
The first floor features an open plan living space, living room has a flat screen. The newly renovated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and it is fully stocked with necessary utensils and cookware. There is an open dining area, a powder room and direct access to private patio.
The community of Scarborough Village has a saltwater community pool.
Includes parking for 2 vehicles as well as a City of Rehoboth parking pass.
Please note that we require a minimum 7-night stay and do not provide bed sheets or bath towels, guest bring their own linens. We suggest linen rentals at www.227rent.com.
