Respect for Neighbors:
This community has a zero-tolerance policy for obstructing neighbors` access or disrespecting them verbally. Violations may lead to eviction from the home.

Quiet Hours: No loud music outside. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.

No Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. Smoking inside or around outdoor patio furniture is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $750 fine.

No Jumping Over the Front Gate: Please use designated entry points only.

Parking:
One vehicle may park in front of the garage.
One additional vehicle may park in the visitor parking area outside the front gate.
Do not block access to neighbors’ driveways.
Larger vehicles would need to be parked outside in visitor parking.

Multiple violations may result in immediate removal from the property.
