This is an older unit so definitely be prepared for that. It could use some updates esp removing all the carpet. However, it was very clean and bed was comfortable. Host was very responsive when we had an issue with the parking lot gate. We also loved that they included linens. The view is beautiful and grounds are very pretty. The pool also looked very nice. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Fantastic place for a girls beach trip! The house was very clean and you have close access to the beach. We appreciated the gate access and felt safe. Just keep in mind, it’s on the 3rd floor so be mindful of someone with physical limitations. We plan to return in the future!

Booked a last minute trip and came across this unit. It was only my husband and I. 3rd floor unit with great views of pool and you can see the ocean from the 3rd floor (not the beach sand). Very nice outside table and high chairs. Comfortable layout, bed and stocked kitchen. Didn’t use the upstairs area since it was only my husband and I but two beds in upstairs loft. Just realize there are lots of steps to the 3rd floor and we I understood that before booking. Seamless check in and checkout. Fast communication with management company too.

Great location

Great location at Topsail with easy beach access! This unit is located on the 3rd floor with only steps and you definitely know it by the time you get to the door. Unit was as pictured. Beds were very comfortable. There were some small bugs in the kitchen that I was not a fan of. And I messaged the contact about how to connect the television as there were no instructions or book in the living room. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them, but I figured out the TV. Stayed for a weekend with a friend for a girls trip. We loved the access to the beach and pool. We loved how close it was to restaurants in Toosail. Would stay again.

Nice view from the balcony but 3 flights of stairs plus to get up to the condo. Carrying luggage and heavy objects takes some effort. Furnishings are adequate and comfortable but nothing spectacular. Bathrooms a little dated but served well. Kitchen encounters with creepy crawly bugs. Exterminator scheduled and came morning of my birthday to spray and treat kitchen area. Some issues with electronic door keypad functionality. Several emails and a phone call after repeated lockout finally resulted in a normal functioning lock. Beach chair was broken when we were going to use it. The property is in a great location and the host was really on top of communicating and answering all my questions in a very timely manner. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to visit Surf City.
