Bring the whole family to this great house with lots of room for fun. Located 15 minutes from West Palm Beach, 10 minutes from Lake Worth, 10 minutes from Delray Beach, and more! Close to I-95 and West Palm Airport. This is a 4 bedroom 3 bath with a total of 5 beds and 1 queen air mattress. Washer and dryer and a total of 7 televisions including one in each bedroom, kitchen, and even one in the lanai. Includes a private suite on the side of the home. (4th bedroom)
The space
Off street parking, on driveway.
The 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom, is a small private suite with a small kitchenette. Separate from the rest of the home, on the side of the house. Perfect for anyone that wants or needs extra peace and quite.
Guest access
-Driveway parking can fit up to only four cars. No parking in grass.
-No garage access.
-Suite has it's own entry from the front and back yard, with its own yard and grill.
Other things to note
Entrance to the house and suite will require separate digital codes provided by the owner.

Family rescue!

The property was pretty much as advertised,like anything it had a vouple of drawbacks. Could bee a better selection of towels as we had 6 adults but were able to fo laundry.kids really enjoyed the pool the grill was great. Overall a good vhoice.
