Heritage Bay is an upscale-gated community with a championship 27 hole Golf Course designed by Lewis and Azinger. The course is spectacularly designed with acres of natural preserves, blue lakes.

The Heritage Bay community also has an on-sight Aqua Driving Range, Fitness Center, 10 Lighted Tennis Courts with stadium seating for tournaments, pickle ball courts, 7 community pools (which includes a Resort Style Main Pool and Hot tub at the Club House) clubhouse restaurant with outdoor terrace, and a Cabana Bar at the Main Pool.
