A fenced backyard, private hot tub, walk out river access for fishing or paddle boarding and close proximity to 4x4 and OHV access awaits. About 35 minutes to Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts and 30 minutes to Glenwood Springs. We look forward to hosting you!
