Utilities:electricity, gas, hot water, unlimited fiber optic WiFi, wireless data services ,Satellite TV , smart TV, mosquito nets all available and included. We have generator you can use during power outage if you wish to pay for the gasoline

We don't run a Hotel, this is my residential home, I arrange to rent when none of my family from abroad are using the house.

My place is very simple, comfortable, modern, clean; this place is build to suit Westerners standard

Free access to third and forth floor veranda at any time. I have build a nice seating in the third floor veranda it can be access by all guests, also you can access the forth floor open veranda, it has a really nice seating area for your enjoyments

Clothes washing basin in the ground floor.
You will be staying like you are at your own home but Saholy is next door ready to help with what ever will make your stay special.

When I am in town I will invite you to dinner with my Malagasy dishes specialties.

We don't run a Hotel, I arrange to rent my residential home when none of my family from abroad are using it. We will provide you with a changing linens and towels once per week and clean your place once per week upon request.

There are no washer and dryer in the apartment but we have clothes wash basin in the ground floor can be use to all guests.
We can provide to wash your clothes during your stay for an additional cost

We can also provide a full time house keeper during your stay for an additional cost

We don't have air conditioning in the apartment but I can provide fan for the room when needed .

Antaimby is center of the Market in Sambava and we are surrounded by the most popular stores in the city but away from the crowd.
5 mn to the farmers markets bazary kely and the popular largest store in town ( Maison Ravelo, Soamalaza both takes visa card for purchase)
The apartment is located 15 min from the Sambava airport by taxi (price is about 50,000 FMG or 3 Euro). It is 300 m from a popular outdoor market and has easy access to Sambava's main shopping areas. The distance to the coast10mn.

Grand appartement meublé avec 1 grand chambre a couchee avec draps de lit et de moustiquaire et de serviettes, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 2 personnes, très confortable, moderne, spacieux. Pas de climatiseur mais Il y a de ventillateur en demande

Je ne fonction pas come un Hotel, je loue ma maison residentelle quand je ne suis pas et mes famille Europen n'utilise pas.
Ma place est très privée et beaucoup de sécurité avec une porte verrouillée la nuit.
Ma place est très confortable , modern et spacieuse pour un séjour confortable.
C'est un accès facile et calme se trouve au centre ville

Si je suis là, je peux être à votre service à tout moment, Saholy devrait pouvoir vous aider pendant mon absence. Elle vit dans le même bâtiment pour s'assurer que tout se passe bien.

L'apartementNapa est au premiere etage fermez avec un bareaux metalic et vous aver aller avoir la cle du bareaux pour vos securiter. Il n'ya pas de machine a laver dans l'apartement mais il y a de lave basin au rez de chaussez que vous pouver utiliser. On peut lavez votre vetement pour une autre arrangement de prix.
Il y a un grande veranda au 3 eme etage que tous les visiteur peut utiliser during leur sejour.
