This is such a cute condo! Very clean & new with lovely decor : granite kitchen, every appliance , extra thoughtful guest needs taken care of! Lobster pot & crackers !! Walk up the street 2 minutes to seven miles of Wells wide beaches! Owner near by and extremely nice & very helpful. Would stay again for a week !!!

Overall very good

Super convenient to the beach. Very clean property. Maintenance was very responsive for the minor issues we encountered. Only real complaint we had was the bed as it was not comfortable at all. Would recommend this spot for a vacation at the Wells!

This was a wonderful rental experience! The walk to the beach is super short and a very short drive brings you to anything you may need (restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop, bakery, mini golf, bookstore, convenience store, etc.). The room was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked! Towels and sheets and toiletries were provided, the Wi-Fi was easy to connect to and worked great and the kicthen was super clean and well-stocked with cooking supplies and dishes. Check-in and check-out were easy and communucation through email was detailed and easy to understand! We will definitely be keeping this unit in mind for future trips!! Highly recommend!!
