Apartment (6+2) contains three bedrooms, three bathrooms, balcony with seaview, private entrance. 200 meters from nearest pebble beach, 250 meters from the center of Sumartin. Parking spots and BBQ available. In Sumartin, one can find restaurants, caffe bars, supermarkets, ATM, beaches, little marina, ferry port, bus station, taxi service, rent-a-scooter.
Security deposit of €500 must be paid in cash at arrival and is refundable at check-out.
