Our home and it's penthouse garage apartment have been our passion and joy over the past couple years as we brought this vision together, with a modern farmhouse meets coastal California vibe.

We are happy to present a space that couples comfort with elegance and privacy with convenience. Your oasis awaits, and we are very walkably just 3 blocks from the college and 4 blocks from downtown.
