- please keep the pool cage lights plugged into the timer. They come on at 5 and turn off at midnight to appease the neighbors. Please be respectful of this.

- please no food down the kitchen sink. Please use the strainer provided. It tends to cause backs up in the bathtub.

Sometimes the toilets run. Just be sure the handles reset.

Great Location

Charming clean house with a beautiful backyard space. Location is perfect for going to the beach and downtown Venice. Communication with the host was excellent. So enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

1st week of April

the perfect time of the year to visit Florida, the weather was amazing, and the house checked all the boxes for what we were looking for on this trip. It's centrally located in Venice, and it was a short drive to everything we wanted to do in the area. Perfect if you are traveling with dogs.

This was a convenient location with a pool and a hot tub at our leisure spent most days at the beach, which was a 20 minute drive because of traffic very close to all amenities will stay again thanks for the hospitality and the quick turnaround to any questions we had

Wonderful Beach Neighborhood

We loved the stay! Cori was exceptionally responsive to all of our questions and needs. The house was lovely and beachy. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need to prepare the meals we brought. The pool was perfect. Mattresses very comfortable.

Perfect Retreat

Perfect house for us! It had everything we needed, great fenced yard, awesome pool and all the house necessities. The location is fantastic! So close to multiple beaches and Shamrock park, Venice Island and Englewood. We had a great time and will rent again. Thanks!

Corine had great communication! Property was in a nice location from all the different beaches! The house was clean and comfy, nice backyard along with a big screened in back patio almost another house lol! We will be back!! We got lots of sharks teeth!! Oh and if you left anything or forgot to bring something, the house has everything!! Kurt & Rae

The fenced in yard was really nice. It made it safe for our 2 dogs but there were burrs in the yard which we were constantly digging out of their fur. The house was clean but the grill was dirty and was full of grease so we cooked inside which wasn’t a big deal. The pool was only 78 degrees the whole time and it was just too cold for us so we didn’t use it. I messaged the host immediately about the cleanliness of the hot tub and she assured me it was green because of the bromine and it was safe to get in. I purchased a test kit and it was clear that it was not safe to get in so we didn’t get in the hot tub either.The kids decided to go bike riding and they had to put the chain back on the one bike and the other one had a flat tire. I really feel we were overcharged for our 3 day stay but we did enjoy our grand children.The location was nice being close to different beaches.

Everything we needed

Our condo in the area is still damaged from Milton and this place provided our family with everything we needed! Place was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool area was perfect, and it was close to everything we needed in Venice. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. There isn’t much light in the pool area after sunset in order to be a good neighbor. We totally understood and brought an electric lantern to play cards out there after the little kids went to bed. We would definitely stay again.

Many things about our stay were great! Corrine was responsive & helpful and the house was stocked with things that made our time more enjoyable. We never want to complain when renting a property. But we had some issues. So, we prioritized them and reached out about three things. 1. No ice or drinking water. We were surprised to find these unavailable. There were ice trays. 2. Cold pool for the first night and full day. 3. Flat bike tires. Corrine responded quickly and let us know that the well water is nasty and guests must purchase water from the store. Not a big deal but a definite downfall when you’re looking forward to a cold drink after you arrive at 8pm. She said the pool should be at 83 by the end of the second day. Not ideal when you only have a few days. Lastly, Corrine said there was a pump for the tires which there was but we couldn’t get it to work. So, no ice, pool, or bikes. The hot tub was really gross. We didn’t ask for it to be improved because it didn’t make our top 3 priorities but it’s worth mentioning.

First, I'll start with the positives from our trip. The home was located near several stores, restaurants, and not far from several beaches. Our host was nice and responded quickly to our questions. The home was nicely decorated and the bedrooms were nice. However, the house was extremely small and had very little living space. We literally felt claustrophobic inside the house. The kitchen had ZERO storage space! I had to store groceries on the counter and on the kitchen table. The master bedroom's closet was really just a very small linen closet. The pool had algae growing on the bottom of it and the pool area was extremely cluttered. We were extremely disappointed with our stay here. I have used VRBO several times and this is the first time I feel like we over paid a bunch for a house that wasn't what we expected.
