Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Place all used towels/washclothes/hand towels in the laundry room baskets Please make sure all deck doors are locked (3) and front door locked on your way out

THERMOSTAT Summer:set to Cool and at 75 degrees on each of the 3 thermostats Winter:set to Heat and 65 degrees on each of the 3 thermostats

-Cover hot tub and snap shut (bears could enter if left open!) -Place dirty dishes in dishwasher and START it!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

-WITHIN 3 HOURS OF ARRIVAL: if you find any issues with cleanliness or broken objects please send message and pictures within 3 hours of arrival.

NO SMOKING IN OR ON PREMISE=$250 add. fine --IF EXTRA CLEANING TIME IS REQUIRED BEYOND WHAT IS USUAL AND CUSTOMARY AFTER CHECKOUT= add. cleaning fee

The neighborhood is away from the hustle and bustle of the main drags of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but easily accessible. The best of both worlds! The neighborhood is very safe and upscale.

What makes this property unique

The amazing views of Mount Le Conte sold us on this property. The space is surprisingly large and can fit our entire extended family of 20+! With views and space this is great for a small family getaway or retreat. Enjoy your cup of coffee while soaking in the majesty of God's views.
