About this property
Quaint with the Perfect Location Row House in Killarney Town Centre
Sunnyhill House in Killarney is a perfect base to set off to see Killarney, the National Park, Muckross House and Gardens, the Ring of Kerry or day trip to Dingle. Basically it’s what we would like ourselves when traveling, clean, comfortable and well-appointed throughout. We have other properties in Killarney located at The Priory Killarney Courtyard Cottages.
Sunnyhill has 2 floors and 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms upstairs and shower downstairs.
There is a large 'pot belly' stove in the sitting room for added comfort and warmth.
The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, stove, microwave all the modern cons. A washer and dryer in the back utility room as well.
The 3 bedrooms are 1 queen, 1 double and 2 single beds.
''Downtown' Killarney is a 2 minute walk but everyone says we're in town. So you can operate from here without a rental car. There is free parking behind the house if you do rent a car.
Wonderful vibrant town center with the best of pubs featuring traditional music and pub grub. Great restaurants and shopping plus a cinema as well - everything is within walking distance. The train station and bus station are a 5 minute stroll.
Rent a bike and head to Killarney National Park, over 23,000 acres. Go walking up Torc Mountain or hiking up Carrantuohill (the highest peak in Ireland). Take in an afternoon at the Spa, whatever you feel like it’s pretty much here! Don't forget about all the Golf courses which are close-by as well.

The house was perfect..The kitchen was wonderful for cooking..my entire family loved the location...Bernadette had wonderful recommendations and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
A cute, cosy house with plenty of space for my family of five and wonderfully located within easy walking distance of high street. Everything was clean and ready for us, check-in and out was a breeze, and communication with the owners was simple. A perfect place to explore Killarney and beyond from.
The communication was excellent, the accomodations were as described and the location was excellent. We could not have asked for a better 5 days in Killarney.
This was the perfect location for all that Killarney has to offer. Bernadette did a great job of helping us put our Killarney stay together. She had many great recommendations. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.
Loved it. Felt like we were staying in a traditional Irish cottage. Loved the stove in the living room!! Turf and wood right there and the first thing my brother did was light a fire using turf!! Great location, 1 block from downtown with easy access to pubs, restaurants and shopping.
Great spot if you want something away from the business of Town Center but close enough to walk everywhere! Quiet and peaceful but super easy to get in and out by foot and car. Plenty of room to spread out and 3 bathrooms to boot!
This property was real close to shopping and restaurants. Real close to the train station. I would have liked to have a plugin by a mirror to be able to dry and curl my hair. It was a very inviting when you come across n.
The rental was comfotable and met all expectations. It was very clean with a well- supplied kichen and plenty of seating. The towels, sheets and blankets were plentiful. The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and pubs, but the rental itself was very quiet. The windows and skylights let in abundant natural light. This is a great place to stay in Killarney.
Tim and Bernadette are outstanding hosts. The house is perfect and the location ideal for walking to town center. We’ll be back very soon, highly recommend.
Very responsive with questions and help. Would stay here again

Of all the places we rented, this row house was by far our favorite! It was perfect for our family. An easy walk in to town for shopping and dining was really nice. Parking in the back was great. We were happy to do laundry as we were 1/2 way through our visit to Ireland. We also loved catching up about the adventures of the day with a pint and a lovely fire in the fireplace. We truly felt at home during our stay.
We really enjoyed the location to downtown and the main streets. The home was lovely and felt like home right away. Great place to stay when visiting Killarney.
