About this property

LUX - Infinity pool Villa with Sea Views and a Beach within 10-15 minutes walk.

This beautiful old stone villa was designed and renovated by Austrian architect Hermann Czech.

The highlights of the house include the sea-view infinity pool, the lush garden surrounding the villa, and the many indoor and outdoor seating areas. An upstairs terrace with sea views offers a particularly special spot to relax and take in the surroundings. A beach with a relaxed beach bar and restaurant is just a 10–15 minute walk away.

Set in the picturesque hamlet of Reževići–Škočidjevojka, the villa offers privacy while remaining within easy reach of the seaside towns of Petrovac, Sveti Stefan, and Budva, just 5–15 minutes away by car.

Outside

Find yourself in a beautifully shaded garden. The upstairs terrace offers views of both the mountains and the sea and is a lovely place to enjoy a drink in the evening.
Hang back or swim laps in the infinity pool, or simply gaze at the horizon. The pool area features sunbeds and umbrellas, with additional sunbeds added since the photos were taken. There is also a poolside bench and table, ideal for lunch or evening drinks.
Close to the kitchen, there are two outdoor dining tables seating up to 10 guests, perfect for shared meals.

Inside

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry, a games room with a large screen for movie nights, and a living room where you can watch TV or rest during the hottest part of the day.
The kitchen has been gently updated with modern appliances, including a Miele dishwasher and an induction stove.

Century-old stone walls keep the house naturally cool during the day. Beautiful white stone floors run throughout the downstairs, while the upstairs bedrooms feature parquet wooden floors. Each room has its own unique character, with fun antique lamps and charming materials throughout. High-quality linens and towels are provided for your comfort.

The house has 5 bedrooms across 3 floors.

Reževići Beach is a 10–15 minute walk, depending on pace, via a small forest path.

The closest mini supermarket is a 3-minute drive away in Reževići.

Several beautiful beaches are within 5–15 minutes’ drive, including Sveti Stefan, Perazica Do, Petrovac–Luštica, and Kamenovo. Ada Bojana’s sandy beach is approximately 1 hour by car.

Petrovac is about 10 minutes away and offers supermarkets, a daily fruit and vegetable market, and many seafront restaurants and bars. Budva is 15–20 minutes away, with large supermarkets, daily fish and produce markets, an old walled town, and a lively nightlife scene.

Other points of interest include boat trips on Skadar Lake, visits to Kotor, Perast, and Tivat, hikes and nature parks in Durmitor and Biogradska Gora, and the cable car to the Lovćen Mausoleum. Montenegro also offers marinas, sailing, jet skiing, and many other outdoor activities.

We will, of course, provide you with a list of our favourite local shops, restaurants, and bars.

Beautiful villa and location - Villa was spacious and close to the beach. Only watchout would be the mosquitoes, but thankfully we were provided with items to keep them away if you want to relax outside. Overall a great experience!

We stayed for the second time in Villa August Emilio. Once in August and once now. It is an incredible and unique place. Were two families with kids including my parents and the house has wonderful shared spaces as well as the bedrooms being super lovely and private. From the moment you enter the garden you find yourself in an oasis. We loved the super big infinity pool and spent most of our time there. The house is within walking distance of a really lovely and local beach, you can sit on the beach with a towel or rent a bed which is pretty cheap. The walk is down hill and through a little forest. There is a really lovely restaurant/ cafe with really chill vibes and it's open all day. My highlight was the upstairs terrace with a lovely seating area and cozy sofa( not visible in the pics actually so it was a nice surprise) . The terrace has a lovely breeze as well as views of the sea and mountains and we spent our evening up there. Zeljko and his team were extremely supportive and lovely, its major bonus to have cleaning and pool service included and they arranged it so we hardly noticed it. Important note, its best to rent a car as montenegro doesnt have too much public transport. We will definitely be back.

We loved Rezevici village and the SkociDjevojka hamlet, with its unspoiled stone houses and stunning sea views. There are a few nice restaurants close by and a gas station with a funny little coffee place where locals hang out.The villa is surrounded by a lush garden and it’s really peaceful, you hear birds in the morning. The house is stunning and even more impressive than in the photos. There are new additions like an upstairs sofa on the terrace and new kitchen appliances. The house stays cool during the day and we enjoyed every corner of it. We loved the little movie cave, the privacy of the bedrooms, and how everything feels stylish and carefully selected. The highlight is the infinity pool and patio where we spent most of our time with the kids. The pool is big, with comfortable sunbeds where you can relax and look out at the sea. We also loved the al fresco area next to the kitchen and the stunning upstairs terrace for evening drinks. The villa somehow has a space for every occasion, whether fun or chill.Zeljko and his team were super welcoming, and it was great to have cleaning service and not worry about the pool. The high quality bedsheets were another lovely detail. The villa has a luxurious yet understated feel. There is a beach within walking distance through a little forest, quiet, local and perfect beach bar.Since we live in Belgrade, this was our third stay and we’re already planning to come back in August. Can’t wait.
