About this property

Aqua Villa 104. First floor. Beach service for 2 chairs and umbrella included!

Come learn about the secret hideaway that is Okaloosa Island! So much on the island that you don't have to leave. Avoid the traffic of Destin, crowded beaches of a high rise, and enjoy vacation the way it should be, stress free!

We provide beach service March- October. There will be 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up for you each full day of your stay!

First floor unit where the pool is right outside your front door and only it stands between you and the beach. Aqua Villa is a four-story, 24-unit condo building directly on the beach. Amenities include a large swimming pool, elevator (only needed for laundry since this unit is a ground level), common grilling area, grass and fenced area for kids to play, poolside lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. Because it is a smaller building, it provides a sense of intimacy with its environment of rustling palms, the scent of the gulf waters and the ever-present sound of the surf.

Conveniently located close to grocery, restaurants and shops, you won’t need to travel far for supplies or amenities while you vacation on the shore. A convenience store and post office located across the street provide for your immediate needs without even getting in your car.

There is any number of golf courses at your disposal. If you like to fish, there are several fishing charter locations for Gulf excursions, inter-coastal and fresh water fishing. Other recreational activities include kayaking, snorkeling with dolphins, parasailing, surfing, boogie boarding, body surfing, sailing, boating, mini-golf, and beachcombing, just to name a few.

We spend as much time on Okaloosa Island as we can. Depending on the type of trip you desire, we are happy to provide recommendations for your trip. Restaurants, water activities, shopping, golf.. don't hesitate to ask us!

Awesome location!

We love this place! We can't wait to stay again! It was so nice being able to get to the beach and the pool quickly with 2 little ones. I love how small this condo is because you didn't have alot of traffic on the beach or in the pool. All the staff was really friendly & the unit had everything you needed!

We had a wonderful time & enjoyed this condo! Having the beach so close was a blessing with us having small children!! Beautiful beach! Condo was perfect for our family. Our doggie enjoyed being able to look out even though he couldn’t go to the beach. Owners super nice! Everyone we encountered was so nice too! Would definitely stay here again!

Aqua Villa #104

We had a great time in Fort Walton. The condo we stayed at was in a great location. 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Pet friendly. Great location to pool. Just steps away from the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. All the amenities you would need to have a great stay. Definitely will be coming back to this condo!!!

Can't wait for my next stay!

I can't say enough good things about this property. From the location, condition, amenities, cleanliness to the owners....all are perfect! This was my first time at this condo and within the first two days of my stay I booked my next visit! When my family and I go on vacation it's to relax and this was perfect. The only thing between the condo and the beach, is the swimming pool! Can't wait to go again. 👍

In Love with this place.

We came down the week before school started And stayed the 2nd through the 6th of August. My family loved this place. We were suprised at how big the condo was. We loved how close the pool was for our girls and that we could walk straight to the beach. Our room was filled with everything we needed to enjoy both the pool and the beach and the owners have done a fantastic job of ensuring everything you need is provided. We also loved how close we were to Destin. We will definitely make this an every year trip and look forward to going again.

Another Awesome Vacation!!!

FIVE STARS!!! We had another amazing vacation at Aqua Villa #104! This was our 8th stay in this condo and it was so lovely, as always. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Everything you need to be comfortable and to have fun is right there! This condo is well maintained, always clean upon arrival, steps away from the pool and beach, and so close to many great restaurants. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great beach vacation! We book it twice a year, every year, and would go more often if we could. It's the best beach place we've ever stayed! LOVE this condo!

Clean with an excellent view

We all had a good time at your condo. Everything was just fine. Except the furniture was very uncomfortable including the high kitchen table. I am handicapped which made it hard for me. So, a week is all I would want to stay there. I loved being on the ocean and on a good day I was able to climb the steps to view it. Also the beds were very comfortable and it was nice having WI-FI.

I’ve been staying at Aqua Villa #104 since 2011. I could not be happier. The unit is beautiful & comfortable.& any concerns are addressed immediately. There have been several upgrades since 2011 that add to the experience. The owner is the best! I highly recommend this Unit! Looking forward to next year.

My family and I have visited Aqua Villa 104 numerous times over the years but I must say that my last visit "with the girls" was FANTASTIC! Everything clicked; the size and quaint feeling of the property, the location of the unit (mere steps to the pool and just a few more to the beach....hello?!) and the location itself; just beautiful. It is not often that we get to get away without the responsibilities of our husbands / families, relax and reconnect as friends. Aqua Villa 104 was the PERFECT place for it.

Keeps getting better

We have been visiting Aqua Villa 104 since our children were in "floaties" (the youngest is a senior in high school this year) and love this place so much. When we walk through the breezeway onto the pool deck, we feel like we've come "home". The unit itself is spacious enough yet not overwhelming in terms of upkeep and it's location on the property could not be more convenient....mere steps to the pool and within earshot of the crashing waves. On top of all that, the owners; John and Veronica, are pretty great themselves...always making booking a breeze and notifying us of openings / special deals throughout the year.

Great for all trips!

This was my second time coming to this amazing condo. I came last year for the first time with my family and had a wonderful time. This year, I took all my best girlfriends down for my bachelorette party. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! The condo was in perfect condition, had everything we needed, and we were just a step away from the pool and beach. There is so much to do within a 10 minute drive for both family and adult activities. Not only would I recommend this place to others, but I know I will be booking my annual trip for next year again soon! I have found my home away from home and you will too!

Thanksgiving at the Beach

We enjoyed our first Thanksgiving at the beach with our adult children. You can't beat the location of Aqua Villa, you walk out your door and are right on the beach. The sunsets here are incredible! We walked to the Pier for lunch and drinks before making the trek back to the condo. Lots of beauty and wildlife to see: dolphins, sea turtle, rays, crabs, fish, pelicans and herons. Plenty of tasty food options near the condo, and we went to Harbor Walk Village to enjoy live music one night. The Shavers do a great job keeping up this condo! The furniture and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking in. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
