Executive Chalet backs to the Swan River on Shuttle Route

Welcome to Tiger Run Resort in Breckenridge Colorado. Tiger Run is a secure gated community located between historic Frisco and World Famous Breckenridge Ski Resort. We have unmatched views of the '10 Mile' mountain range. Tiger Run is truly a one of a kind it's like "Summer Camp for adults" with secluded and private cabins bordered by the Swan and Blue rivers. Our cabin is one of the few that backs up to the Swan River.

Our onsite management staff impeccably maintains the common grounds and flower gardens in the summer and plows the snow in the winter. The 12,000 sf Clubhouse features an indoor pool with 2 hot tubs. We have expanded our game room with several of the top video games for the kids. We have tennis, pickle ball, basketball courts and sand volleyball court. Also great fishing just steps away from our front door in "Gold Medal" streams. There is a large commercial laundry facility in the clubhouse along with mens and women's locker rooms and additional showers for your convenience.

Location, location, location! We are only 5 min from the heart of Breckenridge and 10 min to the charming town of Frisco.

Our cabin was custom built with a unique dark log exterior and light interior that's warm and inviting with 1 gas and 1 electric fireplaces and many windows that flood the cabin with natural light. . We can comfortably accommodate up to 6-8 guests. We offer 1 master bedroom with a queen size bed plus a queen sized sofa sleeper. We also have 3 full beds in the upper dormitory. We have a large back deck just off the river for you to kick back and relax. We also provide free 600+ mbps WiFI from anywhere in our cabin. We have flat screen hi-def 85" SmatTV in the living room . We offer a fully furnished kitchen and appliance package. All of the towels and linens are provided along with 2 parking spaces and additional parking at the Clubhouse with a permit. The cabin was super cute and wonderful amenities! It is super close to Breckenridge, A-Basin, Keystone, Copper, and Loveland. Has an amazing pool, 2 hot tubs, dog park, and bus access. The house was right next to the creek and had everything you need to make your stay wonderful!

Perfect!

This cabin was perfect for our group. It was cute, clean, comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed. It was easy to access and the clubhouse was really nice. We really enjoyed the hot tubs and arcade. Everyone we encountered during our stay was friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to go back in the summer when we can take advantage of the awesome patio on the river.

Excellent Location and Accommodations

The property was well stocked and slept 6 of us very comfortably! The property manager was easy to get in contact with and super friendly. We did have one issue with the hot water, but the property manager addressed the issue and took care of us! We are definitely open to staying at this property again! It was a wonderful experience! The club house has a large pool, 2 hot tubs, and an arcade that was perfect for our 4 teen boys! We absolutely loved our stay!

Great time

It was a great "little house" for my wife, adult daughter, her dog, and me. We were very happy with the amenities. The host made sure that (almost) everything we could have wanted was in the home for us (I would recommend additional tea spoons and wine glasses, but now I am nit-picking). There were many more little things than other rentals have not had, such as cleaning products for the grill (!), laundry soap, spices, all the kitchen appliances we could have wanted, make-up towels, etc. Every time I thought of something I might need, it was there. Home was cozy and welcoming.

Fonz did a great job responding whenever we reached out. There were a couple of unexpected problems when we arrived which were promptly resolved. Although the chalet is a little dated and has numerous imperfections, overall, the chalet was great. Almost everything you can imagine to put in a kitchen was there. We cooked a lot. Four thermostat controls made regulating temperatures in varying areas great. Plenty of towels, trash bags, soap/shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. was a nice feature. We enjoyed having the three full sized mattresses in the loft, one queen sized bed with closet areas, and a sleeper sofa. The clubhouse has two hot tubs, a heated pool, washer and dryers, and showers for when you may have a lot of guests.If you are looking for functionality, this is a great chalet. If you are looking for luxury, this may not suit your needs. Entry and exit was easy and neighbors were friendly.
