This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo provides 2,677 square feet of luxurious living space including a screened patio overlooking the beach.

Furnished with an outdoor dining table and lounge furniture, the screened patio is the perfect spot to start your morning with a cup of coffee or wind down the day with a sunset happy hour.

Inside, the interiors feature elevated ceilings, cool tiled floors, and modern fixtures. Central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed wifi, and satellite television programming will keep you cool and connected throughout your stay.

The living area comes furnished with plush sofa seating, plus an entertainment center with a television and audio system. Enjoy all the comforts of home plus oceanfront views throughout the living area.

The home’s four bedrooms sleep 10 guests comfortably.

A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a breakfast bar includes everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Cookware, flatware, stemware, and cutlery are all provided.

Daily housekeeping is included throughout your stay (Except Sundays and Christmas Day). All linens, plus bath and beach towels, Toiletries, along with Paper Towels, Bathroom Tissue, and dish detergent are provided.

Each condo is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. Laundry service is available by contacting the front desk.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was the perfect location. We were so lucky to have so much beachfront and a great pool. Never had to fight for chairs in the beach. Could walk Nextdoor to the Marriott for drinks and food. Other great restaurants were within walking distance. A short walk to Camana Bay and to the Foster’s for groceries. The only negatives were the washing machine was broken but on site management had it fixed within a couple of days. It was unfortunate that the living room TV speakers were blown-made it really difficult to watch football bowl games. I recommend replacing the primary suite king mattress it was very uncomfortable and sunk deeply in the middle making for very unpleasant sleeping.
