This brand new studio is cozy, modern and a convenient home base, whether you're in the area for fun, relaxation, business or a little of everything. Start your morning with coffee and sunshine on the private patio before heading out for adventure. At day's end you'll enjoy coming back to the perfect spot to chill and relax.
The studio was built as an addition to the main house and is completely separated with private entrance, private outdoor seating area with grill, and off street parking. The driveway could accommodate a small RV. Inside, the open space features a queen bed, comfy double sleeper sofa, desk, small dining table, and kitchenette area with mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom features a beautiful tile and glass enclosed walk-in shower, vanity sink and lots of fluffy towels. An In-unit washer/dryer, high speed internet, flat screen TV with streaming make this lovely space conveniently complete.
Venice beach, the public boat ramp and historic downtown Venice with dining, shopping and performing arts is all within 3 miles of the property. Just 2.5 miles down the road is the southern starting point of Sarasota County's Legacy Trail offering pedestrians and cyclists over 20 miles of paved trails, bike and skate rentals, rest stops and even Surrey rides! Downtown Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Englewood and Myakka are a short distance away.

Best Weekend Getaway

Al and Grace are the best hosts! Our stay had everything we needed and more. The location is central and close to everything in Venice. The bed is extremely comfortable and we rested well, which can be hard when your not in your own bed. We would definitely stay here again :)

Perfect paradise

This was an amazing property, it’s a little one room with a bathroom but has all the necessities you would need. The hosts were so nice and greeted me when I got there even though it was late at night. It’s beautiful, simple and clean. Had some of the best sleep in the big comfy bed. I will definitely be back to stay here next time I’m in Venice!

Venice retreat!

Alvydas and his wife made my stay so simple, effortless and very comfortable. The accommodations were just like the pictures if not better. They had all the items I needed without asking: coffee station (always critical), dish ware, washer/dryer, bathroom amenities, wifi, and beverages in the refrigerator. Also, their communication was timely and thorough which I really appreciated as I was on a strict timeline. I really can't recommend their accommodatons enough!

PERFECT

Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was quality presented, very clean, well decorated, stocked and a bed that was super comfortable. The owners were quite responsive and hospitable, down to little touches like chocolates on my bed, refrigerator refreshments and beach towel, umbrella and chairs.The outdoor seating area was perfect for morning coffee and allowed plenty of privacy. The location made it easy for me to visit the surrounding areas; Nokomis, Casey Key, Englewood, Siesta Key and their host of beaches. This place is keeper for future visits, for sure..

Amazing first VRBO experience!

We just returned home from our first trip to Venice, FL and Al and Grace were the most warm and gracious hosts. Moreover they have put considerable effort and thought (not to mention money)into the conversion of this efficiency unit. Clean as a whistle, they have thought of everything you can imagine, from stocked fridge to outdoor retracting clothesline, topped off by a yummy box of Belgian chocolates. Nice large TV too. The mattress on the bed is very comfortable and there are big fluffy towels. We hope to return!

A wonderful stay!

I just want to start out by saying if you're looking for a place to stay in the Venice area, this is where you should be going! The hosts are a wonderful team that I am very proud to have met. All of my needs were taken care of quickly at any point in time. With that said, there's nothing that you're going to need taken care of. They have already gone through the process of preparing their property appropriately for any thing you would require. The area is fantastic, and they're accommodations are even better. If I could give more than five stars I would. Thank you so much for letting me stay at your wonderful property.

We had an excellent vacation in Venice, Florida. Our VRBO was beautiful, fresh, and nicely furnished. It is located in a quiet lovely neighborhood were we had our own parking spot. Kind welcoming hosts Al and Grace Were the best, super clean beautiful studio, chocolates nice bottle of wine And stocked fridge was a nice touch. 5-10 minutes to downtown Venice for shopping about 10 minutes to the beach They also provided beach chairs had a bbq grill available- made us feel right at home just a beautiful experience thank you!
