Welcome to our luxurious 2-storey home in Glenridding Heights, Edmonton, just minutes from the city’s top attractions. This elegant property boasts high-end finishes, an open-to-below design that creates a spacious, airy feel, and central AC. With three large bedrooms—one king and two queens—it comfortably accommodates up to six guests. For families, we also provide a playpen for your convenience.
The home’s modern and stylish decor blends elegance and warmth, offering comfort in every room. The fully equipped kitchen features premium appliances, making it perfect for preparing gourmet meals. The dining area, along with the spacious island, provides ample seating for group dining and gatherings.
Nestled in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood, this home is a quiet retreat while offering easy access to Edmonton’s best amenities. Just a short drive away, you’ll find shopping at Currents of Windermere, a variety of restaurants, parks, and entertainment options. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, our home is the perfect base for a relaxing and memorable stay.


⫸ Basement Suite: This booking does not include the basement suite, which has a separate entrance and amenities. Guests staying in the basement suite will park on the main road.

⫸ Parking: The garage is not included with the reservation. Guests may use the left-hand side of the front double driveway. Additional vehicles can be parked on the street for free.

⫸ Central AC for Your Comfort: Stay cool during hot summer days.

⫸ TV and Internet: Enjoy lightning-fast 1000 Mbps internet. The home features a 65-inch TV with a soundbar and subwoofer in the spacious bonus room, complete with comfortable recliners. Additionally, there is a 55-inch TV in the living room and another 55-inch TV in one of the queen bedrooms for your entertainment. Netflix is accessible from any of the TV’s.

⫸ Kitchen: Our kitchen features clean quartz counters, an eating island, high gloss cabinetry, and appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, kettle, pots, pans, and all the essential cookware you need to prepare your favorite meals.

⫸ Bathrooms: There are 2.5 baths equipped with fresh towels and dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Q-tips and facial cotton pads are also provided for your convenience.

⫸ Laundry: Located in the second floor, you'll find a washer and dryer with detergent available for your laundry needs.

⫸ Office: Large office space with desk and office chair.

⫸ Extras: We provide one high chair and one playpen for added convenience during your stay.

⫸ SECURITY DEPOSIT AND RENTAL AGREEMENT
This property requires a $500 security deposit hold (not an upfront charge) and a digital signature of our rental agreement. This hold will be scheduled at the time of your reservation and collected 2 days prior to check-in. It will be released 2 days after check-out, provided that no damage has been done to the property and all house rules have been followed.


⫸ CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
The unit is equipped with a Smart Lock that allows you to lock and unlock the door using a unique code assigned to you. This code will be valid for the entire duration of your stay.

Detailed check-in instructions, including the Smart Lock code, will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival.


⫸ SECURITY DEVICES
1. We guarantee there are NO INDOOR recording devices in this unit
2. There are TWO OUTDOOR security cameras located at the property's main door and backyard, only to monitor outdoor activity. These devices will be ONLY recording with motion detection and not 24/7
3. We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level

⫸ CANCELLATION POLICY
VRBO and Expedia bookings are subject to a relaxed cancellation policy: You can cancel your reservation and get a 96% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you receive a 46% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not refunded.

This was a nice spacious home, great for our family holiday to Edmonton. Jocsan and Scharlly were very accommodating and had good communication. Our kids really enjoyed the theatre seating for movie night.
