Canal behind the house was challenging with lack of flow to open water, causing issues with cooling water to our outboard motors and jet ski. Couldn't keep live bait alive in the live well when we entered the canal. Not the properties fault, as the house and outside accommodations were excellent. Pool and hot tub were great. Kitchens are well supplied with utensils and cookware. Outside grill was super clean. We had a great time!

We had an amazing time!! The house is very well equipped for all your needs. Extremely clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Great location, near supermarket, restaurants, bait, ice etc. The back yard shades in the afternoon which is nice hanging in the pool after a long day of fishing/snorkeling. Great location for boating, as you are in open water in under 1 minute. The only thing we weren’t overly thrilled with was the color and smell of the canal. It is not a deal breaker. Nor am I complaining

The outdoor area was my favorite, all cooking and eating supplies was good, they stated the had kuerig coffee makers but did not the 4 upstairs bedrooms and areas were beautiful, the downstairs 3 bedrooms were just okay.

This is the 5th different house we have booked in Marathon and by far our favorite. Super easy check in and check out and the cleanest house we have rented. This house has every possible utensil, etc….so may features and options. Pool and hot tub were immaculate and worked perfectly. The location is excellent…1 mile walk to Sombrero Beach and 1 mile to Surf Styoe, Publix and more. We have had our share of houses with broken appliances, pools, hot tubs… none of that to deal with at this house.

Wonderful home

The home was perfect for our large family vacation. The kids loved the pool and we loved the dock for fishing. House was beautiful and well furnished. Having the in law suite in the bottom was perfect for our elderly parents.

This is our second time staying here. Outstanding home for a family gathering. The outdoor area is amazing. Close to restaurants, groceries and activities but in a private setting. We hope to be able to return.

Friends getaway.

Stayed with 6 couples. Property is awesome. Spent most of our days hanging outside in the heated pool and hot tub also fishing off the dock. Would definitely recommend this property.
