The cottage is located on a quiet dead end street boarding on the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge, one block to the sandy beach at Kinney Shores. There is a beautiful, screened porch to relax and enjoy the quiet ambiance. The cottage boasts a beautiful sun filled back deck that features a gas BBQ grill, patio table, chairs, and large yard with a picnic table. Perfect vacation retreat for lasting memories!

4 Bedrooms:The main floor bedroom #1 has one twin bed. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with a TV. Bedroom # 2 has a double bed and two twin beds. Bedroom #3 has a twin. Bedroom #4 has one queen bed. There are also 2 double sleep sofas on the first floor, and double pull on the porch. Linens and towels provided.

1.5 Bathrooms; The first-floor bathroom has a shower only. While the second-floor bathroom features a tub and shower.

Parking for 6 cars off street.
