Everything was excellent. It was clean, the heated floors were so convenient. The check in and out process was very simple and straightforward. Would stay here again without question.
Very clean, spacious and modern home. King bed in master bedroom, washer and dryer are all big pluses. Perfect location for viewing the aurora every night! Kaitlyn was a most helpful and attentive host.
We are on a family visit. The home had everything we needed. Very clean and all new appliances. Full service home with washer and dryer, dishwasher. Beautiful location and view.
Check in was easy and the place was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting area and watching the wildlife in the mornings. My only thing I would have wished for was a chest of drawers to unpack a bit since I was there for a week—but that is very minor overall. It was super close to my daughter’s home and downtown North Pole. Overall great stay.
Absolutely wonderful place to stay! This house seems pretty new if not very new. The beds are so comfortable and the temperature of the house stayed pretty cool even in this unusual 80ish degree weather we had this week. The kitchen is nicely stocked. There's a nice area to sit outside as well. We didn't see any moose during our stay but we had fun watching a mama duck & her ducklings! Very highly recommend this place!
Amazing cozy place. Very up to date & looks great. Would recommend better towels as the lint from them gets all over the place and the mattress was extremely firm, but all in all I’d go back again. Not far from North Pole and Fairbanks :)
Overall, our stay was good. Everything was clean and the instructions were easy to follow. We liked the house, but it's not quite comfortable for 4, unless it's parents and small kids. There were not enough hooks in the bathroom for towels & washcloths for all of us. We didn't spend a lot of time there hanging out since we were out doing activities most of every day, but seating 4 adults in the living area was tight.
House is lovely. No issues anywhere except there arent curtains on the doors and due to swelling you cant really shut the doors. It sounds insignificant, but when the sun doesnt go down, it's pretty distracting

Hello,
All windows have custom fit cellular blackout shades.
I do apologize about the door. This is a brand new construction home and things do shift. This issue has been addressed and all doors close correctly.
We hope you enjoyed your stay!
My family of four had a great stay. Property is seemingly new construction. Close to restaurants in North Pole yet far enough away to be private. Kitchen is well stocked. Washer/ dryer was a big plus. WiFi is good. TV is BYO streaming service, no cable (that I could figure out). Our trip was focused on aurora chasing and some of our best photos were taken on the frozen creek behind the property. Very convenient to walk 3 minutes out the back door and have a great dark sky aurora view when it popped off at 3AM. Absolutely would return.
