The house was perfect for us all. We had 4 kids and 6 adults and it was a perfect fit for each one of us. Plenty of space for kid and adult zones! The house was convenient to not only the beach but groceries and places to eat! Sebastian gave great recommendations for places to eat and activities for the rain day we had! Also he knew the spots to park for easy beach access! Pool was a perfect size and the game room was hit for adults and kids! Highly recommend this house for big groups!

We stay at a lot of properties and this was well decorated, comfortable and very clean. We fit 9 people (6 adults, 2 teens and a 10 yr old), one more bath would have been nice but that was our choice. Pool was area was comfortable and beautiful. Teens wanted tanning chairs but otherwise couldn’t ask for more. We loved the game room and extra living space. Owner was helpful and fast to respond. Check out was easy just take out trash and lock up! 10 out of 10
