Located just a few minutes from the small but growing town of Perkins and 10 minutes south of Stillwater, this cabin is close to many amenities.

With a washer and dryer, detergent, ironing board and iron, this cabin is ready for your short or long stay.

A fully stocked kitchen and charcoal grill makes cooking easy. If cooking isn't your thing, plenty of restaurants are in the Perkins and Stillwater area!

One bedroom with a queen bed is downstairs near the bathroom. The other two bedrooms with double beds are upstairs with a kid's play area as well. The upstairs bedrooms have slanted ceilings and curtained doorways, adding to the cozy cabin vibe.

Absolutely lovely and cozy cabin

The cabin is so cute and with lots of cows, a couple of donkeys and a wild mustang as my neighbors. I really enjoyed it. Sheila was very easy to get in touch with. The cabin was clean as well.

Family time

We came for a much needed family reunion. The rental was clean and well appointed. The whole family loved talking to the neighboring donkeys and colt. The front porch and lawn was perfect for chasing bubbles and the donkeys liked watching them too! Highly recommend this host!

The cabin was adequate and Sheila was kind enough to leave muffins. What I wish I’d known before reserving: 1-No central heat or air. The upstairs loft bedrooms have window units for air and a space heater. The downstairs only has 1 small window unit at the opposite end of the cabin than the bedroom. It had been 87 during the day and we were able to get it to about 78 by bedtime. The box fan helped, but it was not cold. The window had no screen so we couldn’t open it at night for air. I can’t imagine staying in the summer. 2- The upstairs ceiling is about 6ft at the highest peak and a couple of feet high over the beds. There are no doors on the upstairs bedrooms, so if someone snores you’re going to hear it. There are curtains for privacy. 3- There is WiFi, but no TV so bring your own devices if you want to watch anything. 4-The downstairs bedroom is a 9x9 room with an 18” door. If you are handicapped or a big person you may have issues. Overall, peaceful but not exactly what I expected for the price. 15 minutes from OSU so it was convenient to visit.
