About this property

New House! Close to HPU & HPMKT

Our newly built home is perfect for anyone visiting the Triad! We have all new furniture, beds, appliances, and linens! Our home is walking distance to High Point University, Furniture Market, the Hospital, Caroline Core Stadium.

Our comfortable home has a fenced in back yard, open floor plan kitchen and living room, private driveway and coded front door that allows for 24 hour check in.

We also manage the 3 bedroom house next door and can arrange for both homes to be rented to your group!

We offer FREE TICKETS to the new High Point Children`s Museum to all kids staying at our home (11 years old or younger)!

Our brand new home was built in December, 2024. Our 1st floor has an open floor plan with our comfortable living room leading to our full kitchen and dining area. Our kitchen is stocked with all new appliances, dishes, cookware and utensils.

Upstairs are all 3 of our bedrooms along with 2 full bathrooms.

Our upstairs primary bedroom has a new king sized bed, large walk-in closet, and attached full bathroom that includes 2 sinks, and a tub/shower.

Our upstairs guest room has a new queen sized bed with closet and dresser.

Our 2nd upstairs guest bedrooms has 2 new twin beds and a dresser.

*Please note* Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee.

To protect our special home from disrespectful guests that might treat our home poorly, we only permit experienced guests that have 5-star review history from past hosts.
If you do not have a review history, please share with us what brings you to town and we may consider your situation. If not, we may cancel your reservation within 72 hours of your creating the reservation with a 4% processing fee.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside our home. Any guest breaking this rule will be charged a $500 additional cleaning fee.

For security, we do have cameras outside our home but none inside our home.

This place was everything we needed and more. Owner was super responsive and accommodating. House was immaculate all new everything beautiful decor. Location great-close to our son’s tournament at Truist field. We will be back for sure!

Great house all around!!

The house is brand new and has everything you need! We stayed for High Point graduation and couldn't have been happier with the few minute drive to campus. Wish we would have done this for every visit to High Point. Garet was extremely responsive and accommodating to any request. Grab this one early - it's a good one. And I know they also have the new house next door listed on VRBO. How ideal for family friends traveling together.

Wonderful Stay!

This house...we LOVED this house. Perfect size for our family of 4 (including 2 teen boys!). Also, softest towels we've ever used, hands-down. The house was well-equipped with almost everything you'd need; plenty of dishes, silverware, all the basic cookware and utensils, some baking sheets, and even an available gas grill. A collection of basic spices in the cabinet and aluminum foil in the drawer. There were even containers with lids for leftovers and such! We did notice the absence of a kitchen towel and dish drying rack, making it a challenge to hand-wash any dishes. There was also an absence of tissues in the house, although plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. No scissors also made cooking a slight challenge, and we couldn't find any grilling tools to use the gas grill on the patio. These are minor details, and we managed fine, but noteworthy in our eyes.We were easily able to maintain a comfortable temperature in the home, and the beds were just right, not too soft and not too firm for sleeping. Showers were great, and washer & dryer were easy to use to have fresh clothes (love that there was a basket!).Communication with the property manager was good; we ended up arriving a day later than planned due to a case of suspected food poisoning delaying us, but were able to get in with no problems and enjoy our stay. Should we need to come back to High Point (we were there for a University Open House), we would not hesitate to stay again!

We were in High Point for a wine weekend with our granddaughter and friends.This home was very convenient to restaurants and a short drive to many vineyards.Home had wonderful amenities, very comfortable beds and checked all of the boxes for a stay away from home!Will definitely book again if in the area!

We had a great experience staying in High Point. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well prepared for our arrival, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout our stay.Unfortunately, we weren’t able stay for the full time we reserved because we had to check out a day early due to the winter blizzard. We would definitely consider staying again in the future under better weather conditions!
