Your home away from home in Boynton Beach on the Intra Coastal featuring 2 Master Bedrooms with King beds. This welcoming condo offers a fabulous living space with a cozy living room and a pullout queen bed for additional guests. Enjoy the excellent amenities like Pool, fitness room, WiFi, Billiards room, Business office space and more. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bidet, and hair dryer, your comfort is our priority. Within walking distance to Two Georges and Banana Boat as well as many other restaurants and bars. Walk to drive to Ocean front Beach Park in Ocean Ridge. Located midway between Delray Beach and West Palm Beach. Only 15 minutes from Palm Beach International airport. Comes with two covered parking spaces. Our place is the ideal location to assist you experience everything Boynton Beach and the surrounding areas have to offer.

Our HOA only allows rentals 12 time per year. All renters must allow 30 days prior to their desired rental period in order be vetted by the Marina Village HOA as well as pay the HOA's $100.00 fee.

We accept 14 day bookings, once a month, in the off season months ofApril thru September. All bookings in the high season months of October thru March are per month and are a 30 day minimum. Bookings for October thru March start the first of each month and end the last day of the month.
