3 bedroom and 3.5 bath. Plenty of room for our family. Place has great views and amenities for family. Owner is quick to respond. We will definite come back.

We have stayed in PCB every year, several times a year, for the past 25 years. We have stayed up and down the beach from St Andrews to W of Pier Park. Emerald Beach is one of our favorite complexes and Charles was by far the best owner I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He bent over backwards to accommodate and answer all of my questions. This condo is their home away from home so it is the opposite of run down like so many in the PCB area have become. It was clean, the furniture was nice and in superb shape, the kitchen was well stocked and the refrigerator was new and the ice maker made ice, a rarity in my experience with rentals. So to sum it up, give Charles a call he is great to work with and has one of the nicest condo’s not only at this complex but on the beach!

Why they chose this property

We have been regular visitors to Panama City Beach for at least 20 years. We have seen a lot of beaches in our many years of travel but we always come back to Panama City Beach because the beach is truly the best we've found. I love the location of Emerald Beach Resort for the "quiet", almost remote feel compared to other sections of the beach.

What makes this property unique

I like the 12th floor location because it is high enough that you don't hear individual voices but low enough to enjoy the sounds of the surf and birds. The ceramic tiled floors throughout give the property a clean, cool feel.
