The spacious lanai provides the perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a sunset cocktail. Unlike many Maui condos, our unit is fully air-conditioned, however you will find that the natural breezes keep it quite cool.
With a fully renovated kitchen and bath, our unit provides a modern, comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing or beachgoing. We have spared no expense to equip our unit with all of the amenities you will need for a relaxing vacation and stocked the kitchen with every possible gadget for that gourmet meal. The kitchen boasts new cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances. The unit is decorated with the artwork of renowned photographer Peter Lik and numerous local artists. We have added a La-Z-Boy twin sleeper chair to add accommodations for three and additional seating. The spa-like bath was retiled in an ultramodern style and is worthy of a high end resort. A new mattress and pillow topper were added in 2024.
When you are not out enjoying Maui’s attractions, you will find free WiFi, a high-definition cable TV and DVD/blue ray player.
The popular Royal Kahana resort in West Maui is situated right on the ocean in the quiet neighborhood of Kahana, 10 minutes north of Lahaina. The complex has numerous amenities, including a heated pool, gym, tennis courts, and a full time concierge.
Cooler than Lahaina, and drier than Kapalua, Kahana provides a perfect base for exploring the island and easy access to town and to all of west Maui’s famous beaches. Within a few minutes walk you will find numerous restaurants and shops, with many others just a short drive away. The nearest full supermarket is within a 2 minute drive. Two days a week you will find fresh local produce, coffee and pastries at the nearby Napili farmers market.

Todd’s place is great for a small family—cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped. It had ample amenities, including sufficient beach towels, complimentary coffee, and access to a filtered water station in the complex. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the beach gear due to the Kona storm, but it was nice that it was available. The in-unit washer and dryer were very convenient and helped us a lot during our stay. Overall, we really liked the unit and had a pleasant experience.
The location was great and the place had everything we needed. We did not use the beach chairs or any of the items available because we had activities planned most of our days, but plan on doing so for our next stay. Great building and happy with the overall experience.
A very clean and fully equipped unit with a nice ocean view from the private balcony. There is a food truck on premises all day every day with fresh water and morning coffee provided. The host was awesome, very responsive with his personal advice, along with a detailed write up on what to-do on the island, especially in the hiking and snorkeling categories. No direct access to the beach attached to property but plenty of good options nearby, especially the Sea House restaurant and beach. Will definitely look to rent from him again the next time I visit Maui!
The information we were given from our host about Maui was so helpful. The condo was beautiful and easy to check into. The staff at the condo establishment were very kind.
We had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the deck looking out over the ocean. We saw whales as well. The sunset was also perfect from the deck. We had a beautiful breeze that would flow through our place.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed and wanted for the perfect vacation. Communication with the host couldn't have been any better. If I reached out to him, he responded in a timely manner. I highly recommend this location.
It was a wonderful stay. Everything was as promised and there were even a few extra perks, binoculars to watch whales, a blender for drinks, even a tool to core a pineapple! Parking was always available and the view from the deck is spectacular. Loved it!
Todd was great to share tips and made sure our check-in process was seemless. No surprises on our end. Relatively quiet building. All the furniture is quite comfortable, and enjoyed the view each morning and evening on the lanai.

We first visited Maui in 2011. The island is a perfect counterpoint to our hectic lives in DC! In 2014 we were delighted at the opportunity to own this fantastic oceanfront unit. Fully renovated, with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean and the island of Molokai, it was exactly what we were looking for. Since then, we've added some personal touches to make it our own.
