Luxury Custom 4 Bedroom/3 Bath Home with Amazing Views and Spectacular Outdoor Space w/ Hot Tub and Indoor/Outdoor Linear Fireplace. Sauna! This 3 bathroom home with a loft features a spa that will make you feel like you are at a 5-star hotel. Complete with Wolf and Sub Zero kitchen appliances and in-floor radiant heat, there was no expense spared in the construction of this incredible home.
This beautifully built (2020) home features a great room with sliding doors to bring the outdoors in. The great room features a gas fireplace, smart TV, a dining area, polished porcelain tiled floor and so many special touches! Take in the mountain vista and step through the doors to your outdoor oasis. If you can take your eyes off the stunning views you'll discover the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy soaking in the hot tub after a day of hiking, skiing or biking or simply for star gazing. The contemporary outdoor gas fireplace will add a bit of warmth and charm. Relax on the comfy outdoor wicker furniture situated around a linear gas firepit. And be sure to start up the gas grill for a delicious meal. Step back into the house through the "spa" door and into the spa room featuring a 90 sq. ft. sauna and a walk-in shower.
The well-appointed kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances including a Wolf Range with induction cooktop and a built-in wine fridge.
The luxurious master bedroom features a king bed, smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with both a walk-in shower and concrete soaking tub. There are two more bedrooms on this level, each boasting a king bed and smart TV. There is a full guest bathroom, as well. Ladder stairs lead up to the loft, which overlooks the great room. This room has two queen beds and a queen size futon (sleeps up to 6).
This incredible home sit on over 2 acres and has a level driveway. High speed Internet will keep you connected (if you choose!) and allow you to log into your own accounts to stream your favorite movies and shows.
Make this the perfect place to gather for mountain fun, beauty, relaxation and, of course, for making memories that will last a lifetime.

We recommend that anyone coming to the mountains in winter have a 4-wheel drive or an all-wheel drive vehicle. The driveway will be plowed whenever we get 4 inches or more of snow.

This was the nicest property we've stayed at. The views are spectacular. The hot tub and patio were so inviting and relaxing. It was well stocked. We didnt want for anything. It was a perfect house for friends to gather and enjoy each other playing games and catching up.

We had a fantastic ski trip over spring break at this home in Angelfire. Two families fit easily and were very comfortable.The home was clean and well stocked. Heaven on Earth

The home was everything and more! We didn't want to leave. Stocked with all the essentials, we felt right at home! The house is about 10-12 minutes from "town" and the ski resort. Which made it super convenient for those of us not skiing. It snowed making it even more magical! If we are ever back in the area, we would want to stay here again!

It’s a beautiful home that was perfect for our group. Three king sized bedrooms, all very private from each other. Plus the loft. The hot tub and sauna were extremely nice. The whole house was very spacious. The deck and view were stunning. It’s a few miles from the slopes but was an easy drive. One thing to take into consideration if you have children that might stay in the loft…the stairs/ladder up to the loft are very steep. We did not have an issue ourselves with adults but could see it could be hazardous for little kids. Barb is great to work with!

Unexpected Surprise

Wow, we had an amazing time at this place! It was a real surprise to find a well-built, spacious property, with everything we needed to unwind and escape the daily grind. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking tools you could ever want, and the bedrooms were super comfortable and spacious for a cozy night’s sleep. The wrap-around porch was gorgeous, with incredible views, two fireplaces, a hot tub, and a grill. There was a fireplace right next to the hot tub, which made for some really fun late-night under a beautiful night sky and early-morning sessions. Oh, and there was a hot sauna and shower right next to the hot tub too, which was the perfect addition to the spa experience in the mountains!I did have a small issue with the TV remote controls, but the hosts were super helpful and fixed it right away. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place. It was definitely worth the time and money!

Ski Getaway

The house and property was as advertised - property, ammenities and scenic views were 5 star. It was the perfect distance to ski slopes and town while providing that mountain getaway while at the property. Upon arrival, the interior cleanliness was not great. There were signs and evidence of lackluster cleaning - hand prints on glass, dirty footprints on floors, dirty interior rugs and dirt/hair/trash in corners of floors and baseboards. The outdoor grill was unkept - we spent 30 minutes cleaning the grill before we were able to use it to prepare dinner on our fist night. The garage was not usable - dirt, gravel, debris from last tenants. For this type of property and price I would expect that it would at least be broomed out prior to arrival. It would have been a good space to park vehicles and stage loading and unloading activites but we were ubable to use it and did not want to track the debris inside the house while there. A property can be perfect but if it is not clean and ready for use it detracts from what would have been an otherwise perfect stay.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was well-equipped with everything our family needed, and the location was perfect for easy access to Angel Fire Bike Park and the surrounding area. The kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, the beds were comfortable after long days of riding, and the home was quiet and relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent, with prompt responses and clear instructions. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Angel Fire and would gladly stay here again.

This property was beautiful with gorgeous views. Had plenty of room for a family of 6. The wild life in the area didn’t disappoint with all the deer, elk, turkeys. Part of the family got to see a brown and black bear in the area of the property which was exciting. We did have a little confusion with the hot tub but it was taken care of immediately. Would highly recommend and would love to visit this property again.
