Lovely view of the lake

We enjoyed a wonderful view of the lake from the living room as well as from the 2nd floor patio. It's a short and easy walk down to the lake and to a pier where you can get a boat to Santiago Atitlan.

Host profile image
Hi, we’re Mynor and Carla! I’m originally from Guatemala, and Carla is from Brazil. Together, we enjoy welcoming guests from different places and cultures. Hosting allows us to share a blend of Guatemalan hospitality while providing a clean, comfortable, and well-cared-for space. We take pride in being responsive and communicating clearly so guests feel at ease throughout their stay.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood offers the ideal balance of location and tranquility. It’s close enough to restaurants, activities, and local attractions, while being far enough from main roads to avoid traffic noise.

Guests enjoy a peaceful setting with natural surroundings, including birdsong and uninterrupted views of the lake and nearby volcanoes. It’s a relaxing place to unwind while still having easy access to everything the area has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Welcome to Our Home!
This is our family home, built with love, dedication, and many sacrifices. We feel privileged to share it with guests who appreciate its warmth, character, and authentic setting.

What truly makes this place special is its connection to nature — surrounded by breathtaking volcanoes and a beautiful lake that create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere you won’t find just anywhere.

Your stay helps us maintain our home so we can continue sharing it with others. This is a genuine home experience, not a hotel-style stay, and it’s best suited for guests who value authenticity, tranquility, and connection to the surroundings.

If this sounds like your kind of stay, welcome home.
