Welcome to Cooper's Run, a beautiful and spacious log vacation home perfectly situated near Deep Creek Lake, Wisp Resort, and all the area's top attractions. This charming retreat offers five bedrooms and 3.5 baths, providing plenty of space for family and friends to relax and enjoy the mountain atmosphere. Step inside to a warm and inviting main level, featuring a well-appointed kitchen and dining area perfect for gathering over meals. The cozy living room boasts a grand stone fireplace, creating the ultimate ambiance for relaxation. Also on this level, you'll find a private bedroom suite for added comfort. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms provide peaceful retreats, while the lower level is designed for fun and entertainment, featuring a large family room with a pool table and two additional bedrooms. Step outside from this level to enjoy the private hot tub, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. Off the dining room, a spacious deck offers breathtaking views, comfortable outdoor seating, and a grill, making it the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cookout. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed.

WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies and extra towels, if necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for max occupancy.)

WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info. [If you do not receive it by noon that day, check your spam folder. If you still don't see it please call us directly to ensure a smooth check-in].
