The house was very clean however, the yard was not mowed front or back which did not give a good first impression. That alone almost made us not go in. We did not feel comfortable being in the front or back yard. The furniture was sparse. At the minimum you need night stands on both sides of the bed. The house was very clean and there was ample room for all of us to stay.

We were thankful that there was a VRBO in Great Bend. It allowed us to have a place to get ready for a family wedding. Having 2 bathrooms allowed family to come by and get ready in a timely fashion.

Nice and clean. But basic amenities were lacking. No place to put luggage/clothing in bedrooms. No lamps in living room. No cutting board. No coasters. And basic maintenance was lacking: main shower leaks and floods the bathroom floor. Refrigerator water and ice dispenser doesn’t work. Outside lighting (including porch lights) don’t work. Finally - place reeks of plug-in air fresheners, which gave me a headache.
