Gem by the water+ firepit and all fenced backyard

An episode of The Curious Case of… was filmed right here at the property. Stay where the cameras rolled and experience the same atmosphere that caught the producers’ attention.

One block away from the water & 3 blocks away from Dolphin Cove. Enjoy walking and site-seeing. Perfect for going kayaking, paddle boarding or just stay relaxing in the backyard. It is located at 5 minutes walking distance from the train station and 7 minutes away from downtown.

The house has also a lower-level unit.

Property located 5 minutes walking distance from train station and 7 minutes driving distance from down town. Bus stop in front of the house. You can park up to 3 cars in driveway. Commute to Manhattan is 50 minutes by train.

Host lives in the lower level, and occasionally this lower level unit has Airbnb guests as well.
1. When you leave the house please close the windows, just to avoid water inside the house in case of rain. However, do not close the window where the AC is installed.

This was a great place to stay. We went in the fall. Beautiful back yard with ample seating for a small group of guests. Super clean with loads of charm and accoutrements to make the stay convenient and relaxing. The host, Maritza, was friendly and accommodating and answered any texted questions immediately.
