Excellent location, friendly and helpful front-desk staff. Only down side is the lack of items such as sewing kits and toothbrushes.

Good location but needs improvement

Big place. However, there was insufficient heating in twin bedded room (ie no heater). Lowering the blinds was a challenge due to the state it was in. Otherwise, location was very convenient as it was near tram stop in the free tram zone.

nice and security wise is excellent

Everything is good except that during cold wheather, the room temperature is as cold as outside, this is due to only one heater available in one of the rooms. the rest is excellent.

One toilet in a 3 bed room apartment

This apartment is in good location. Unfortunately no parking facility. One toilet in a 3 bed room is very inconvenient to all guests. Room is very dated.

Overpriced and uncomfortable stay

Nothing much to offer except it’s location. Rooms looks tired and bare. Carpet was dirty and room felt dusty. Didn’t get the beds arrangement that we indicated several times which was listed as options when we booked it. WiFi wasn’t working and air-con was old and not powerful to cool the room. Not much service to speak of as front desk was opened for very limited time over the weekend. Noisy for lower floors.

We stayed in a 2bedroom apartment, A little pricey for the weekend but I was impressed how clean/spacious it was. The hotel staff are great & very friendly. I have to especially thank Assistant manger Marina P(I hope I got her name right) who made my stay even better. I will def recommend friends.

Hotel is located in the CBD and free tram zone.

We enjoyed our 6 days stay at the apartment hotel. It has kitchen and other facilities we need as a family. On most days, we will have breakfast together before going out. We will discuss places to visits. When we are back from our visits,we will discuss the attractions of each visit. We enjoyed going to the Queen Victoria Market for its fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh breads and muffins. We spent four hours at the Queen Victoria Market passing through each shed that houses the stores. The staff at the are friendly and helpful. On the day of our departure, the maxi taxi arranged by the staff arrived at 8:25 am earlier than the stipulated time of 8:30am.

Wonderful stay in fantastic location.

Initially we took 40mins to find the building. The local were not able to direct us to it. After some door to door check, we found it. Apartment was well stock. We can cook and wash in the few days we stayed.

Great location and very good space apartment. Would be perfect if there were heater in the bedroom and bathroom during winter. The aircon in the lounge room was not powerful to warm up the bedroom and bathroom. The duty manager was helpful during my stay. Quick after-hours check in and check out.
