The house itself is quite charming, feeling both cute and spacious. We appreciated how much room there was. The backyard was also a good size and very nice, though we did encounter a problem with an abundance of red ants that were biting both us and our dogs. Inside, the shower worked well, and it was thoughtful that the owner provided amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.However, we unfortunately had a serious concern about the neighborhood, which felt quite sketchy. We did not feel safe at all, even after the host assured us of our security with the locks and cameras. Because of our unease about the area, we decided to leave before even staying the night.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel. I brought 6 people with me and each had their own room. All of us loved it! Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and linens, super clean and well kept rooms and lobby, safes and coffee in the room, great working A/C, nice courtyard, rooftop lounge area and good breakfast. Very nice helpful staff all around, so eager to help and friendly happy personalities. Only 5 minutes walk from the Bologna metro station, but the staff will order you a cab too. Quit a few good restaurants and shops all around the hotel, yet it’s a very quiet safe neighborhood. Only 3 stops to the main Termini or in a taxi it was 10-15 mins from everything except the Vatican which was about 25 minutes away. I found it to be super convenient and I’d definitely stay here again. My thanks to the entire staff for making my group feel welcome, safe and well taken care of! Very nice experience!

House in charlotte

We enjoyed our night in Charlotte! The house was very close to restaurants and breweries which was great. I will say there was a lot of road noise constantly throughout our stay that we weren’t expecting as it was on a pretty busy road.
