14 Heron is a great house for the whole family to enjoy!

Conveniently located on the corner of North Forest Beach and Heron Street, you are only a few steps to the sand. Enjoy your meals in the gourmet kitchen, featuring a large island and eating bar, all open to the dining room and living room. The living room has a large flat-screen TV and a large seating area. Off the living room is the pool deck and patio. Enjoy swimming in this private pool 14' x 24', grill, and dining table for 6. Also, on the main floor is a bathroom with access to the pool deck and laundry room. The master bedroom completes the main floor with a king bed, a daybed with a trundle, and a private bath.

The 2nd floor has 5 additional bedrooms, all with large flat-screen TVs. At the top of the stairs to the right is the 2nd master bedroom with a king bed, sleeper sofa and private bath. The bathroom contains a soaking tub (no Jacuzzi Functions). There are 2 additional guest bedrooms, each with king beds, private baths, and flat-screen TVs. The other two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a king bed. The other has a set of bunk beds, a trundle bed, and a queen bed.

Underneath the home, there is a large game room with a ping-pong table, lots of seating, and a flat-screen TV. The game room is the perfect place for the kids to gather. All you need to bring is your family as 14 Heron has everything else you may want!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this house and it's location!! It was spotless , spacious, super close to the beach and coligny Plaza. We were 9 people and had more than enough room! The pool was heated and warm enough to swim in December!:)The friendly staff is amazing at Beachside Getaway! They were helpful and quick to answer questions. They were always so kind with communications! I can't recommend them enough!

House by the Beach

Our family of 12 adults had a great time at this rental! The common area was big enough for us to sit down and eat together or hang out and play games. Proximity to the beach is fantastic!

Post Christmas vacation

The space was excellent - the recreation room downstairs was a great diversion for the children. The location of the home was an easy walk to the beach and Coligny shopping.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful house. Actually the pictures don’t do it justice…looks much better in person! Perfect location that’s really close to the beach and all the restaurants/shops in Coligny. We had an issue with the refrigerator, washing machine, smoke detectors…which was taken care of immediately. Would definitely stay at this house again!

Perfect family home for a destination wedding

My family had a destination wedding at the Omni and wanted to all spend some time together. This home was the perfect solution. The home was beautilful, spacious and very close to the beach. Everyone had a wonderful time and we plan to come back, just to stay a few days to relax and enjoy.

Golfers' Haven

We had 12 golfers stay for the week. Accommodations worked well as everyone had a separate bed and we had a large area for meetings after each day's golf. Kitchen was huge which allowed our "chef" to prepare meals with ease. Large area for group to watch basketball games and golf matches on the TV's.

Grandchildren said it was the "best week of our lives!"

From the time we arrived to the many meals in the excellent kitchen to the family Jeopardy tournaments to the bike rides to the Pig, we enjoyed every minute in 14 Heron Street. We have been renting a home in Hilton Head on this week every year for 30 years. This one is absolutely the best yet! Plenty of room, plenty of kitchen supplies, plenty of beach towels. It was just spectacular! Thanks, we will be back!

Great Stay at 14 Heron

Had a great stay at this property. Bedrooms were all very large and comfortable, and the location and walk to the public beach access was excellent. House was overall in very good condition and the pool and deck area were great. Tropical Storm Debbie came through while we were there, and the pool cleaning company was very quick to come out once the winds subsided which was nice. The only critical comment I could offer is that the grill isn't the greatest. About half the burners wouldn't light, and the burners that did light only worked on the front-half of the burner. Its a rental property so I don't expect much, but it would be nice if they replaced it. Would definitely stay again!

Another great time!

Second time renting this property for spring break and it was great! Two families using allllll of the space including the fenced in pool was so good. Proximity to Coligny for food and shopping is easy!

Incredible location, beautiful house

This house was really beautiful and well appointed. The kitchen had anything you could ever need and more! The garage space was huge and so convenient for all of our bikes and beach gear. The house was so spacious for our group with huge bedrooms, plentiful bathrooms, enough kitchen/dining seating and even the bonus space in the basement. We positively loved the location. Steps away from the beach, and short walk or bike ride to Coligny. Oddly, the main floor was incredibly dusty when we arrived. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean but the first floor furniture and floors all needed to be dusted, swept or polished. Nothing a quick trip to Piggly Wiggly couldn't solve, but we were a bit surprised. Also, we had issues with the pool and hot tub for maybe half of the trip. The property management company was super responsive each time, and sent the pool guys several times. It's understandable that issues will occur, but also disappointing to lose those options for several days when they are must haves when choosing a rental.

Beach House Bliss!

Amazing house and location just steps from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Couldn't be a more perfect place to make Thanksgiving memories with our family...all 12 of us. Thanks for everything!

It was the perfect house for our extended family to enjoy being together and being so close to the beautiful beach. Great restaurants close and we all agreed to come back next year if possible.

Beautiful home

The house is beautiful. I would not recommend it for young children as there are lots of stairs. There were a lot of things that should have been fixed in the house. i.e the door to the porch lock was broken, had to use a beam on the floor to bar the door. The towel holders in many of the bathrooms were ripped off. For a vacation home with a pool one of the most important things is to have places to hang your bathing suit. o/w it is close to the shopping center and has pretty much everything else you need. The management company is responsive.

This is a wonderful place. kitchen has all equipment necessary. Everyone (10) said bedrooms/bathrooms were very nice. Even my granddaughter was happy. What was nice was property company called twice to check on us. Will return
