With 2 king beds, a cozy living room with a couch that folds into a twin, and a bathroom featuring a pocket door for a private shower, guests will feel right at home. The newly built cottage has floor heat, AC, a washer and dryer and full kitchen. There is a carport to protect your vehicle from the elements and easily load/unload. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but only 10 minutes to the lake and downtown.
