My Happy Place is a modern and cozy 3-Bedroom home plus an office in the heart of DFW, backing up to the greenbelt & just minutes from walking trails, golf courses, parks and Lewisville Lake. It's minutes away from countless restaurants and grocery stores.
Conveniently located 12 minutes away from DFW Airport and under 30 minutes away from Love Field/Downtown Dallas, this place is perfect and quiet for your long-term stay for business or pleasure.
The space
3 Bedrooms. 2 Bedrooms have King Beds and 1 Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds. Designated workspace in a separate office room.
Guest access
All the areas except the outside Shed and upstairs closet
** Check-Out Instructions ( $75 VIOLATION FEE)
- Turn off all lights
- Leave the house temperature at 68 F
- Double-Check for personal items
- Close all windows and lock all doors
- Load dishwasher with dirty dishes
